Being stubborn was merely in his nature. Micha couldn’t help himself. He knew he annoyed Samuel at times with it, but just like he, Samuel could be stubborn too. As they walked hand in hand down the street, he heard Samuel question him. Micha responded as he shrugged his shoulders. He listened as Samuel teased him and rolled his eyes. Micha knew he could opt to be lazy or actually look around, but Samuel then suggested a compromise of the two. He found it amusing, after all it was hard to search again.

When he left originally, he had sold his studio and even his house. Micha had wanted to disappear because he knew in the end it would be better. He also had done it out of spit. As much as he had loved Samuel, he had wanted to hide from him. Micha didn’t want to be found nor had he expected it. He merely just didn’t want to give Samuel the option.

”Perhaps I will take you up on your suggestion, though what’s the fun if I just sit there all day and surf the web.” Micha replied as he continued walking with Samuel. ”What about you? What are you planning on doing for the rest of the day after we separate?” He asked curiously glancing toward Samuel.

As they walked down the street, talking about future plans, Samuel couldn't help teasing the male a bit. He could understand if he wanted to take it easy today. After all, he just got back. While he knew staying in a hotel could get expensive, he didn't think there was a need to rush out and find a place. If it was a room he wanted, Micha was more than welcome to stay with him. However he didn't think he would take him up on such an offer and he was fine with that. They had only just found each other again, and the idea of falling back on old habits was worrying.

Samuel teased him lightly to make a simple compromise. He smiled as Micha spoke before questioning him in turn. "I never said it would be fun, just that you could do two things at once." he joked. As they continued a little further down the street, the male was quick to question him again. Samuel gave a small shrug. "Nothing too exciting. I'm probably going to head back home, freshen up a bit and change clothes. After that I got some business to tend to at the club before tonight's guest arrives." he said, talking a bit about his work. He didn't think it was all that exciting, but since Micha asked he didn't mind explaining to him. "If I'm lucky, I might actually get off before the sun rises."

Micha would think about Samuel's suggestion. For now, he just wanted to spend what little time they had left before Samuel had to get back to work. Micha didn't fault him for such things. He was here and he wasn't going anywhere.

As Samuel responded, he nodded. "I'll have to see, depends on how I feel." Micha commented as he continued walking with Samuel. Questioning him in return, Micha listened as Samuel replied. He wasn't bothered by learning about Samuel's work. It interested him either way.

Micha laughed softly as Samuel talked about getting off before the sun came up. "Hmm, well you can always call or text me if you want." He replied though he wasn't sure if Samuel had his new number.

Samuel could understand if Micha didn't want to take his suggestion. After all, staying in one room all day could get pretty boring. And since the weather was nicer today, it might be good for them both to get out a bit. He too didn't want to waste their time together. It wouldn't be long now before he needed to go home and get ready. As they continued to walk down the street he answered the males comment with a slight joke. Glancing his way he watched Micha nod before speaking.

Samuel smiled a little but said nothing in return. Instead, Micha followed up with another question. His plans for the rest of the day were nothing exciting. But he continued to answer him honestly. He knew that Micha wasn't bothered by his work. So he was happy to answer most of his questions. When he finished speaking he heard Micha laughing beside him. Laugh as he liked, it was true. Many a night he was out of the club by sunrise, long after his employees and even business partner had gone home. He didn't mind. It was all apart of the job. Hearing the male speak, he nodded. "Hmm, sounds nice. I might do that." he replied, smiling. "You have my number, right?"

Micha knew how late Samuel's nights could get after all he had been there for a few. It didn't surprise him if Samuel didn't get home till late in the morning. He however merely wanted to know that Samuel was safe. It was the reason he offered Samuel to text him if he wanted. Micha wasn't sure though if he had his number. He listened as Samuel questioned him. Micha reached into his back pocket handing over his phone to Samuel. "I'm not sure, here. Go ahead and add it." He responded figuring Samuel could add in his number.

Samuel remembered their late nights together. How they would go grab a bite to eat from the local diner all the while flirting and laughing with one another. It was the favorite part of day. They only added to the mornings they could hang out together and fall asleep in each others arms. He guessed they wouldn't be having as many sleepovers this time around...at least not any time soon. It was fair. After all, they didn't need to fall on old habits. Samuel didn't mind the idea of texting him when he got off. But he wasn't sure if Micha even had his number. When asking, he watched as the male reached into his back pocket and handed him his phone. Smiling, he took the device and slid his phone across the screen. Going into Micha's contacts, he scrolled through just to make sure he hadn't given it to him and merely forgotten. When he didn't see his name, he went through the motions of adding a new contact. Samuel typed out his name along with his cell phone number. When he was finished his saved his info, and called his own phone just so he would have the males' number as well. Hanging up, he handed the device back to Micha. "All done." he said happily.

Handing over his phone to Samuel, it was easier than him doing it himself. Micha continued walking with Samuel as they drew closer to the diner. He watched as Samuel went through his contacts then adding himself. Micha thanked him as he soon finished handing back his phone. He stuffed it into his pocket for now.

As they continued walking, they soon entered the parking lot of the diner. Micha walked with Samuel toward the entrance. He opened the front door walking with Samuel inside. They were greeted by the hostess who soon took them toward a booth. Micha followed her as they walked through the diner. It wasn't too busy yet. He released Samuel's hand to take a seat as he thanked the hostess who set their menus down and silverware before leaving them.

He couldn't help to be a tad nosy as the male handed over his cell phone. In his defense he was merely making sure he didn't still have his old contact info. Though seeing that his phone was completely different from when they previously dated he doubted he had it. Even if Micha had memorized his old number he didn't think he would have added it just out of spite. Though that was fair. It wasn't as though they had broken up on the best of terms. After adding himself, Samuel then called his own phone and handed the device back to Micha. He smiled and nodded as the man thanked him. He was glad that they would have each others number again. He understood they couldn't fall back into their old habits again, so it might be awhile until they saw one another. That didn't mean they couldn't call or text in the mean time.

They soon came upon the diner. Samuel crossed the lot with Micha and walked into the quiet building. Looking around, he could see that it wasn't particularly crowded. That was fine with him. It kind of reminded him of old times. Samuel followed along quietly, passing the empty tables and booths before being seated. He took back his hand as Micha released it and took the seat opposite him. He too thanked the waitress as she gave them their menus and soon left them to look it over. Bringing his menu closer, Samuel looked over the various breakfast items. He found himself feeling almost starved and wanted something larger than usual. He was sure his diet could handle it for one day.

Taking a seat opposite Samuel, Miguel opened up the menu looking it over. He too was hungry, but wasn’t so sure how much yet. His stomach growled, and everything looked tempting. Micha glanced toward Samuel who was looking over his menu as well. He read a few things unsure of what he wanted. ”Anything looks good?” Micha asked curiously, as he contemplated a few things. He wasn’t much of a breakfast person, but it was early enough he had no other option.

After taking his seat Samuel picked up a menu. He looked over the various breakfast items, each more tempting than the last. It wasn't long before he felt eyes upon him but he pretended not to notice. Samuel continued to read a little further down the list. Hearing the male question him, he at last looked up. "I'm debating between something simple like eggs and toast or if I should just go for a fat stack of waffles." he replied honestly. Samuel didn't mind breakfast, but it was rare he ever ate any sort of breakfast food. Normally his schedule demanded that be the time he have his dinner instead. "Did you find anything you want?" he asked in return. He knew Micha wasn't much of a breakfast person. He could probably count on one hand how many times they had a real breakfast together. So he too was curious what the man might want to eat.

Looking through the menu, there were too many options. He couldn’t help but ask Samuel to see what he was going to order. It was true, that they didn’t often eat breakfast too often. Their schedules didn’t always coordinate with breakfast, but then again he didn’t like a lot of breakfast foods. Micha listened as Samuel commented on a few things he had looked at. He wasn’t surprised as Samuel questioned him in return. ”Hmm, maybe waffles with strawberries and whip cream, with a side of bacon and syrup.” Micha commented replying to Samuel. He hadn’t gotten his strawberries and whip cream earlier now he could.

Samuel wasn't as picky as Micha. He knew at the very least that he wanted breakfast, so that narrowed some of the options down. He also didn't want a whole smorgasbord of food, narrowing things even further. He didn't mind the males question and soon shared his thoughts. When he finished he asked Micha a similar question. Samuel laughed softly at the males response. "You really wanted that strawberries and cream, huh?" he teased. He couldn't help himself. He knew what a big game they talked yesterday, but only fulfilled about half of it. Frankly, Samuel didn't mind. It just gave him something to look forward to doing sometime in the future. Besides, he doubted it would be too long before they would meet again. A week, maybe two. He couldn't really say. In the end he was just happy that Micha was staying.

Micha knew he was picky nor did he care. He only craved few things when it came to food. Micha couldn't help but tease Samuel about the strawberries and cream. He listened as Samuel laughed as he replied about what he wanted. Micha licked his lips as he smiled at Samuel. "But of course." He teased in return. Micha closed his menu, setting it aside. He knew that they would have to part for a while but he could at least text Samuel or call him if he missed him.

Samuel couldn't help teasing at the males suggestion. He'd not yet forgotten their discussion yesterday. Even though they never did get around to ordering neither the strawberries or whipped cream, he still found the suggestion amusing. He smirked as the male licked his lips and proceeded to tease him back. Laughing again, he shook his head. "Guess I'll be making a trip to the store then the next time I come over." he teased again. Having made up his own mind, Samuel set his menu aside as well. Samuel knew it might be awhile before their next meet up. But he was glad to at least know he would see him again. Not only that, he now had his phone number and could call him when he got bored or lonely.

Micha wasn't bothered by never having gotten the strawberries and cream. There was always next time. He teased Samuel, listening as he laughed. Micha couldn't help but do his own laughing as Samuel spoke. "Promise?!" He teased as they were soon greeted by their waitress. Micha ordered coffee along with his chosen breakfast. He handed over his menu while the waitress went to take Samuel's order.
