I just added a 91/30 to my arsenal. I didn't care enough to look at the maker, but it IS a hex receiver. Came with the basic accessories minus bayonet. Don't really care about the bayonet anyway, it's already almost as tall as me!

I also got the aforementioned 9mm RIA 1911.

Might be getting a used Winchester 1300 from a local store for $270. I'll either try to split the cost with my dad, or see if they can put it on layaway for me. Going to try to get out to the store to check it out today.

It's the Pachmyr vindicator. As far as pistol grip only shotguns, it's damn nice.

Pistol-grip shotguns are great as a dedicated breaching tool and for serious battle purposes, but I find them phenomonally uncomfortable for recreational shooting.

I don't really use a shotgun for recreational shooting, most ranges here either require the use of slugs, which are expensive and have more recoil than I care to deal with, or I end up looking at a pretty cloud from a target load. Which is just as enjoyable hip firing, and about as accurate. So it's my guilty pleasure.

You know, it's like that here, too. I think the cheapest Mosin I've ever seen was an M44 for $150. Most Mosins are upwards of $200. I don't get how people think they'll sell like that when it's less than a two-hour drive to J&G Sales.

All the Mosins from G2G Tactical are $99 ($108 after all that registration and tax) and they come with a bayonet, sling, a few stripper clips and a free box of 20 rounds.
