Xo is a quiet mare, who would rather listen to those around her speak than to start up her own conversation. She is not shy; she would rather listen to the world around her than to interrupt the rhythm with the sound of her voice. Her family means the world to her and she will do anything in her power to protect them; they are the ones who give her strength and the courage to fulfill her dreams. Loyalty runs strong in her veins, this can cause problems for she believes that those she cares about would tell her the truth, she is very gullible and believes what others tell her. As she gets older she grows out of the gullible stage, but is still wary and sometimes can be lead astray with words.
The woods are her domain, a place where she is the guardian and protector. When someone disrupts the synchronicity of the forest, she is no longer the quiet mare but a fierce force to be reckoned with. She treats each of the animals with care and even guides them should they require assistance (Example: teaching a nest of motherless baby birds how to fly, leading a hungry squirrel to a pile of nuts, etc.). As she gets older she will be known as a compassionate soquili who will listen to problems and give advice if advice is desired. Usually others just appreciate having an attentive ear.
She is a hopeless romantic, she loves hearing stories with happy endings where both the soquili live happily ever after. Because she wishes for a great love, she flirts with soquili trying to find The One. Xo desires a happily ever after, but will not sacrifice another’s happiness to achieve her own.
The world is a strange and exciting place, especially the woods with all the life living beneath the canopy of leaves. Xo could spend days exploring the woodlands, going on tiny adventures and seeing new parts of her domain. As she travels she takes care of the trees and the creatures she meets by clearing debris away from nests, removing hazards from the path, treating the trees that have sickness and so many other things to make the sounds of the forest synchronize with the rhythm of the world.
