Shiki: What?! I'd never kill an orphanage full of kids!

Kengo: *resists the urge to correct them by saying you can't "kill an orphanage", but eats another fry and enjoys the entertainment instead*

[Shiki is still on the subject of what reason anybody might leave him to die (and why Alex might not save him if he was a stranger left at the side of the road) lol]

Alex:well you probably wouldn't but some people might, also neither of us are human so your point falls a bit flat

Shiki: *seems surprised at the mention of not being human. Takes him a moment to collect his thoughts* ...Hey now, that's racist! Just because we aren't human doesn't mean we don't have empathy ourselves! OK, let's try a different experiment; if Tona was in an accident and you weren't there with her, then wouldn't you expect the strangers that were there to help save her even though they don't know her?
Kengo: *eats another french fry, stares at Alex as he awaits his answer.*

Shiki: Well, that's not exactly the answer I was expecting, but... You are basically saying that you would want people to save her, right? So I rest my case. You should help people even if you don't know them. *sits back in his seat again and takes a sip of his drink*

Kengo: *thinks* I'm not really sure. I didn't get the most thorough look at the map before it drew us in, so I'm afraid I don't remember much of it other than there being mountains in one section of it.

Kengo: *finishes his fries* Maybe we should ask Jimmy some more questions first. He seems to know much more than he lets on. It's suspicious that he won't tell us the spell to to escape the map, even if it is risky.
Shiki: Yeah, does he watch us somehow? Can he even know if we're in danger inside the map so that he can pull us out if the going gets too tough?
Kengo: I don't trust him.

Kengo: *nods* I suppose. We need to get the rest of our soumamoris as well.
Shiki: *Finishes his potato pancake, speaking with his mouthful* yeash, I want ta find mine shoon too. *swallows his food* And I want to see what Tona's new power looks like!

*a strange symbol appears on the growd and ayarts glowing, then it starts to spin as something begins to rise from it, a small imp like creature is standing where the symbol was, tona opens her eyes*
