He's the most famous Delta Blues singers, the "God-Father of Rock and Roll", and died at 27 by poisoning (I think I remembered that correctly) thus becoming the first member of the "27 Club" which includes Jimi Hendrix, John Morrison, Janis Joplin, and Kurt Kobaine, amongst others.

Yeah even though they dont put him on the picture of those famous 27 peoples cause he didnt do rock. And he isnt the most famous, he's just more well known now-a-days because lots of artists mention him, but there are others like skip james and son house that are as famous as him. How'd you hear about him?
