Been very productive today. Shopping, painting my dog's nails, planning a trip to the gay club with friends I havent seen in a while, got a date.

I dunno, what's more important my happiness or theirs? Mine I guess, but geez... I really wish they could see it. See that this gender is female. I just wish that they could love me for me. I mean I know they say they love me. But I'm not sure they love the trans side of me....*sigh* it's really frustrating.

It's a harder thing to comprehend. I agree it is hard. Maybe all I need to do is give them some time and show them that I'm actually serious about this. Because I think right now they think it's a 'phase' which it is not. Ah well I'll give it time

Or start giving them examples of how've felt that way for a while. Remind them of different times when you've shown clues.
Maybe even get them some information on the subject so they can try to comprehend what you're going through. I'm sure they just want to help you.
