you provided 3 clips, and all rely on the same basic principals of gullibility of the audience and the willingness of the actors involved, professional or otherwise.
Like I said before though, it's not a matter of whether you enjoy it or not, but whether you're actually believing it or not. As a part of the audience, we have to watch the show and want to be fooled. But if the ringleader fails to give a convincing show, then are we wrong to not be amused?

If nothing else, the " subjects " are just playing along because they know they're on camera and want the exposure for potential fame, etc.

In an effort to save a bunch of moisture farmers from the threat of bandits, there was a standoff in the street between the heroes, their alies, and a ruthless bunch of mercs. After some sharp shooting by Johnny, our bounty hunter, and Ral's Jedi tipping the merc's ship on them with the force, there was a brief sirmish with one of Palpantine's lesser agents and the discovery of a holocron. Excellent RPing and action.

I redid my knight maiden with a few different armor parts. Now it looks like a fully enclosed suit rather than just various parts, making it look a lot smoother and like it all fits together more.
On top of that, the stats were adjusted a bit, and I'm packing enough power that if I do a charged up smash hit, I take out nearly half the opponent's health bar.
I've been absolutely dominating SC4 with this char's insane damage.

Awesome. Do you have your own moveset or do you have to use someone else's?

You have to use the presets. If you pick Siegfried's style of weapons, you use his moves, etc.
That's the one thing that was great about MK: Armageddon. You could customize even the moves on the chars to whatever you wanted.
Anyways, it's not too bad. The best part is that my char does enough hard-hitting that it quickly drains the Soul Gauge of even the bosses, and a few times, I won Story Mode by Critical Finish. That's always awesome.

I looked up some tips on how to get the Balance of Skill and Power achievement, making 25 honors, which in turn unlocked the last of the gear.
Woot, total equipment access now. I just gotta buy it all...

I have to buy that game, it was awesome when I rented it and I made a few cosplay characters that I want to use more.

Soul Gauge Boost C apparently makes a BIG difference in a fight. I'm not sure, but if having a max gauge means better stats, then it's definitely a must-have if you like going all attack.

Had an 11-hour D&D session from last night to late this morning.
Lot of fun.
So...tired...though...
