Women in particular have nearly 5 times as much as men, making interesting scenarios plausible. More like 'gothic maiden in bondage' look to me. And then the eyes just kind of don't fit the bill, with the ragged clothing.

But that's just my taste. Take no heed of it, because I lack fashion sense.
