requirement for getting promoted.
1) You must be a good battler(being a crew makes you a prime target)
2) You must have an extensive knowledge of pokemon
3) You must be an active member and well known
4) You have to kno when to flame and when not too.
5) You must have complete knowlegde of the rules
6) Older crew members has to vote on if they want you to join there group or not

...I think nitnit would agree with these rules
