Lol an Ice Beaming Weavile isn't good. It is more of a Physical Sweeper. Use these moves

ful before you neglect them here's a scenario where they can help:
you have a hasty weaville and I also have one. you have the IV spread
x/13/x/x/x/2 (speed last)
my IV that I worked for is
x/31/x/x/x/30

guess who has more speed? They are not major super must have. But if you want to have litterally the best pokemon in whatever stats then IV's really do help. I mean I do usually perfect IV I just like certain ones over 20 or so.

I don't mess with IVs or EVs, simply because that's not the reason I play Pokemon. If I wanted some complex math in my games, I'd play something else. I just catch, breed, and train whatever I end up with.
