I'm in, but two questions:
Is Celebi not banned?
And um..
It is open level?
Cause, how could you keep that fair? People could use lv. 100s, and how would you know they were hacked or not? I used to have a Lv 100 Zangoose, fully trained myself, on Sapphire, but, okay, I'm in. And I'll pay asap, I just bought this outfit. =3

sorry, I thought open level would make it easier for everyone....
What level would everyone agree on? 50+? 100?

I say set 100. =) Make it all more fair for those who dont have pokemon that are uberness. (and by that, I do not mean ubers, I mean just.. good im general)

hey sign me up for the tourney. i wud really like a challenge now and then. battling the same person gets boring. PS. yay Celebi isn't banned. I'll make gud use of its typing. r the 3 Regis banned too? confused
