I'll try to make it, but I'm still trying to look for a program that can do it... + a lot of the one's I tried are to confusing... sweatdrop

Hm...how old is this thread now? It seems really interesting, and if I can find another program besides my boring ol' photoshop, I'll definitly try it out.

I learned how to do it from pose to pose, because whenever I try to do it straight ahead, it ALWAYS ends up different. heart~<3

I will gladly attempt to redo this thread if I can get THREE people to ACTIVELY participate in the thread. Meaning I'll do a very short lesson and the participants will upload their animations, be it a gif or a youtube link, we can work something out.

Ahhh! I can't believe I didn't dig back for this little Gem---I would LOVE to participate.


I have little to no animating knowledge (professional) other than trusting my brain to animate first then my hands and tools imitating what I picture sweatdrop

Sweet, I'm no pro either. I've taken a couple classes, but my major wasn't animation. gonk

So I know the basic basics... which I figure is enough to help folks on their way. You can go through this thread and see what's in here if you haven't already.

Still. Professional knowledge is waaay better than self teaching from Interwebz stuff xD

I ran through a few, but I didn't understand them so much. Other than taking from life I usually study other animators.

BUT. I think the bouncing ball animating lesson is definitely a helper.

However I still only animate very basically.

Well, I've already got a bit of animation courses under my belt so... I guess I'll stick around to see what you teach smile I probably won't be participating in homework and such though, just browsing, because

1. I've already animated basics such as bouncing ball, squash/stretch, weight exercises, etc.

2. Already working on my film for my finals, so no time :<

I ran out of paper to do the second bounce redface Didn't know it would take so many frames.. Done "straight ahead", will try keyframes next time

If anyone has any suggestions for a better webcam, please let me know (I lost the cord to my scanner) sweatdrop My laptop has one built in but I can't angle it to shoot the paper
I am using a pad of paper clamped down to my table.

I thought it helps to draw the framework but a little hassle to have to erase after all the frames are drawn..
