They're not a bad group; I love watching their Shakugan no Shana and Hayate no Gotoku subs, but their Clannad [and Kanon] subs are [and were] horridly large and intrusive. They're really distracting.

A.F.K.'s subs and Sprocket & TWH's subs look similar [white text with a black outline], but they're less conspicuous in my opinion.

Widescreen wasn't as bad as others said it was. I enjoyed it. It was like watching a movie.

Yeah, I also downloaded the widescreen version, and it was very good from AFK.

But I was not talking about the size and looks of the subs (I have seen worse, which was the horrible Yellow with black outline just like on DVD's except 1.5 times the size (Do not watch the Love Hina sub).

I was talking about accuracy of the translation.

It would be cool if they would do a Karaoke style to it though, where the text lights up, disappears or enlarges as it goes by.

Tomoya's prank involving Ryou was very funny, then when Kyou came in Fuko thought there was 3 Tomoya's.

It was very awesome, also, I was thinking, Fuko sounds a lot like Konata, does she not?

Her statement was translated as, "I don't know anything about that animal," hinting that Tomoya [I almost typed Yuuichi] asked Kotomi about starfish. Maybe Kotomi might become involved in her arc the same way that Tomoyo is [not much, but still is].

But you don't really expect it all to happen that smoothly, do you? I'm thinking, or at least hoping, that Key and KyoAni both will find a way to add new twists that don't seem too strange.

It'll make it interesting.

Edit: Oh, right. They still probably will wrap it up in the episode after next. Unless the arcs for Clannad are different than Kanon, in that they're more intertwined and therefore allow overlap of arcs, they're going to find it difficult if they don't end Fuko's arc soon to give the other girls a suitable time for their arcs.

It looks like episode 9 will end Fuko's Arc. I really like Fuko but I want to see the other characters' arc. Especially more on Okazaki and his father.
