There's a whole load of stuff that can make you a LS-nerd xD The thing me and some of my friends do;

1. always buy books and manga that's in the bottom
2. say "bye-bee" and make the same hand-sign as Akira when parting.
3. use Motteke Sailor Fuku as ring tone (nowadays it's only me out of us who uses it, since it became annoying when we couldn't tell wich cell phone it was that was ringing xD)
4. Learned the lyrics for Motteke SF
5. Makes Konata imitations
6. Randomly starts talking about LS, and keeps it up for two hours straight.

When you actually spent about $90 for the limited edition of the japanese PS2 game, although you can't play it because of missing hardware and not knowing the language, but for just getting this wonderful thing, along with some minor wonderful useless things.

If I made a Lucky Star design for a shirt, how many of you would find a way to print it on a T-shirt and wear it?

you could do a screen print but the easiest and I think cheapest way (if you don't want to pay someone to do it for you) is by heat transfer.
