My brothers name Neil means "Champion" but he is about as completive as a rock, So i guess i can see where your comming from xd .

My names are two of the most common names. I hate it. My mom always told me my name meant "a beautiful meadow of pearls," but when I finally looked it up, it wasn't anything near as poetic. My first name, Ashley (bleagh) means from the ash tree. My middle name, Megan, means soft and gentle. My Name IS ironic and many ways. Not only am I not gentle, the mythology behind my first name is completely backwards. In Norse mythology, the first man was created from the ash tree, but the first woman was made from the elm. So my name makes no sense.

Actually I keep hearing different things about mine,one person told me it means "from Denmark"(?)another told me it means "Light as Day" my deceased Grandmother told me it's another spelling of the name Danu,an Irish goddess or something,it's been awhile since I've heard these things,so I don't remember it well. sweatdrop
