no, Bella doesn't deserve him. I think the only reason she does have him is because of her mental instability.... stare
besides, he's not as great as everyone thinks anyway. I've explained this somewhere else before, but I'll say it again. If you really think about it, part of being with someone is to help make that person a better person. When someone's perfect **cough chough** *edward* **cough**, there's not much to do. Nothing is really holding the relationship together.

I sort of feel the same as you... except it's more like, if I met Edward I'd be one of the people feeling intimidated by him, not like Bella. Apart from "Whoa, he looks hot!" or "He's so cool >w<" there's not much else to like about him. Edward sounds so perfect (in a good way) in the book, but really he'd be so perfect (in a bad way) in real life!

Bella does need an "unnecessarily" overprotective bodyguard like him, though.

Edward and Jacob are really quite similar, except one's an ice block that doesn't melt and the other is a fireball that doesn't actually burn up. And they're practically polar opposites at the same time. *remembers the fire and ice quote at the start of Eclipse*

actually, I hate(of sorts) Jake, i think he's gotten too cocky and self-assured...it really annoyes me...I mean...he could be nice...but now he's just not, ya know? neutral at least thats how I see it... sweatdrop

have u ever actually tried looking at things from Jacob's point of view? think of how hard this is on him, of course he's gonna act that way, nobody wants others to see how hurt they are, especially a teenage boy.

I think edward is intimidating and too unrealistic.
jake is well...better. but i don't love him.
my fav is alice. alice doesn't have any drama.

Hm...I dunno.
I like Edward more than Jacob, because Jacob was just being a moron in the last book.
I used to obsess over Edward, but the fangirls got to me.
The thing is, nobody sees him as a character anymore.
They just think of him as 'an insanely hot vampire'.
And that bothers be. It makes me sad.
