Personality: Lesedi is a bouncy and loving bird with very set views on morality. Optimistic about most things, she firmly believes that there is good in everyone, even someone like Kayin. Her goal in life is to basically leave things a little better than they were when she was hatched. Cute, huh? But, she isn’t stupid. Intelligent, she knows what someone is full of s**t and isn’t afraid to tell them so. This occasionally sets her at odds with Kayin, since his life revolves around fooling people. Ok, frequently. She is his ‘good side’, so to speak.

History: At one point in her life, Lesedi was a cherished pet. That ‘point’ lasted for about two years, then she got big and noisy. Apparently, her owner confused macaws with finches and thought she’d have this tiny little bird forever and ever. She also didn’t realize the obvious: that macaws are LOUD, especially when ignored. Once abandoned, Lesedi wasn’t sure what to do. Most of what she knew about the Wild had been gleaned from TV and she learned something too; that TV wasn’t always right. She caught onto wild-living eventually, thankfully. One thing that she truly misses about being a pet is the TV. Most specifically, soap operas.

Eventually, she came across Kayin and just… started to follow him. It seemed like a good idea at the time! Besides, his life was full of excitement, drama, love, redemption! It was a billion times better than her soaps! Still… she wanted something better and eventually revealed herself to him. Now she follows him around, trying to be his conscience because it’s pretty clear that he doesn’t have one.

Personality: Zixin lives up to his name well. Cultured and oozing with self-confidence, he is a natural for the stage. When he was a cub, he used to create vast stories about his own exploits in his past life, claiming to remember them all. Of course, it was all a lie, but who cares? Others were paying attention to him! He is rather self-centered and, when the attention isn’t on him, all sorts of inner-alarms go off. He has a bit of a temper, but it generally cools off fairly quickly and then he pretends that nothing of the sort ever happened. Being Mommy’s favorite also made him more than a little lazy; if allowed to, he would be quite content to spend all of his days doing nothing other than being the center of attention. He pretty much exudes charisma and charm. But, on the bright side, he’s outgoing and fairly friendly, so long as you don’t ignore him or something.

History: In his past life, Zixin wasn’t all that different. He was once Amadi, a small sickly male lion. His mother had been a particularly elderly lioness, one that no one thought would ever conceive at all. Amadi (Seemed Destined to Die at Birth) was her pride and joy and she showered the little cub with all the attention she could. Due to his mother’s advanced age and difficulty with birthing, Amadi had always been smaller than average and prone to sickness. Because of this, he was all the more special to his mother. Unfortunately, she babied him a bit too much… he grew up without much of an idea of how to take care of himself. And, due to his poor health, he wasn’t much good at hunting, even after a kindly lioness showed him how. He wasn’t much good at swimming either, sadly, and died when The Storm came for the second time. This is his first rebirth. Let’s hope he gets things right this time around.

There are occasional clues to his past life; even now, Zixin remains somewhat smaller and weaker than his siblings and is more likely to fall ill.

Personality: Little Vash here is her father's daughter. She loves exploring and wandering; listening to her parents, uncle, and aunts talk about their life as a rogue is the best thing ever. She also tries to get along with everyone; like her father, this generally means she'll try to take the middle path rather than try to argue strongly for one side or the other. She's... err... well, she's going to be a big girl, honestly. Her mother is larger than average, thanks to some Firekin ancestry, and so is Vash. This isn't a big deal to her now, but later in life it'll probably be a bit of a sore spot for her.

She is very protective of her twin sister, Ziba. Don't mess with her. If there's one thing that can get Vash's temper up, it's messing with her sister. While she is jealous of her sister's Seer abilities, she tries to look past them. Her sister may be able to See things, but she's still the one who needs protection. And Vash is determined to be that protection.
