My computer won't save my pics emo I'll have to see if I can get them to work on my friends Mac

When I go to save the decrypted pic it shows up on my comp with a little JPEG icon and when i try to open it, it says an error occurs.

They're also .bin files, so they won't register... I got my pictures, but I'm not sure about my vids.
