He is a fibber! Gage/Omega was not in tropical storm Ike, he was just in a big wind storm! ACK! Anyway, he's perfectly fine, just waiting for power to come back on.
Well... the wind storm was a result of Tropical Storm Ike... I think they decided to classify the Wind phenomenon as a Hurricane, but we didn't actually get the spinning funnel cloud or anything crazy like that...
still there was a BLEEP ton of damage... and Thousands of people where left without Electricity for many Days...
My House Lost all power (and hot water
crying ) for EXACTLY Seven Straight Days.....
I read... a book....
eek I know, I was shocked too....
but power is back on now.... (hopefully for good, several houses that gained their power back earlier in the week lost it shortly after...) So Far so good though!
anyway, i think I'm going to go make out with an Electrical outlet now...
