Oh and it being cooked by myself.

It was almost gasmic.

You know how bad I've been dying for some seafood over here?!
The closest I'll ever get to a lobster here is Red Lobster and to be honest...


It's nothing compared to East coast seafood.

Guess I shouldn't mention we also cooked seared scallops, wine sauteed mussels, glazed oysters, and clams in a bacon/wine/tomato reduction.

When I'm sitting at the computer, I put a chair next to me for my cat.

She didn't sit next to me yesterday, but just a few minutes ago, she jumped up and lay down next to me. And when I started petting her and talking to her, she gave me kisses and started purring really loud.
