It's meant to, or so I perceive, to look like a briefcase, but it's 25% the size of a normal one, and I dunno about you... But I've yet to see a wallet with a carrying handle.

It's far too small to be a briefcase, and I'd imagine they know that. To me, it looks almost like one of those retractable dog leashes.

M249 would be plausible, granted you had a hard case with a handle on the side. The only hard cello cases I have seen shoulder straps, rollers, and a handle at the top.

I don't think the idea is to make a gun look lik a brief case, it's to make a gun look like something not gun-like and collapse into an easily portable housing but be able to deploy into a carbine length.

Armas: Whilst that may be true, I'll be suspicious of anything with an ejection port.

Note the fact that evn a 2-3 roun burst throws him around, and he ends up firing 1 shot at a time. He might as well have a M107.

That aside, a M2 would only be possible with a bass case. Full size cello cases are only 4- 4 1/2 feet tall.
