Cybering is basically having sex but on gaia. Its like your making your gaia be all dirty. Example:
Gaian person:*rubs your &$#@*
You: *sucks your %^&#*
Stuff like that is cybering.

Hey is cybering against gaia rules. I believe it should be. I once had a 7-year old ask me things cyber-related cuz some guy kept anoying her to cyber. Its really disturbing!
