To tell you the truth I have only ever seen 3 of the servers and the net slums I have never really seen the omega server -_-". but I would have to say from the ones I've seen it has to be the net slums

In .hack//MOQ (wasn't in Infection) Carmina Gadelica. It was AMAZING when I first got there. It was the first night time Root Town I've ever seen, and it had water too! The music matched it so well too. ^^
Area Would have to be Hidden Forbidden Holy Grounds. (Of course XD)

I'll get the plastic wrap and the...um....forget a reasonable weapon, I'll just use my baseball bat and go Higurashi no Naku Koro ni style (see first episode to see what I mean)
