my friend burned me TTTYG a really long time ago but i never really listened to it..i liked the intro to "grand theft autumn" but i didn't really think i would like them. so when the Sugar video showed up on tv i skipped over it, still thinking i wouldn't like them. but then eventually i ended up listening the whole song and fell in love with it. i downloaded just the one song and listened to it a million times, listened to TTTYG, and then shortly afterwards was the warped tour and i got to see them xd it was great. i didn't really know many songs when i saw them though ): but i ran out and bought FUCT like, immediatly afterwards and now i love them more than anything. since then i bought the real copy of TTTYG, and 'my heart will always be the b-side to my tongue."
i think i need to get excited about a band to really start to like them. seeing them at warped probably is what did it for me. Although i really liked them before, warped just kicked me into obsession-mode xD

Hmm... I was watching MTV when they played the "Sugar We're Goin' Down" video, &I was like, "I like that song". Then I went on the internet &looked for them on Myspace Music. I listened to 4 of their songs &fell in love. I shortly afterward purchased the "From Under the Cork Tree" CD. --The End :]

I heard 'Sugar, We're Going Down' in the summer and I fell in love with it. Then I researched FOB on Wikipedia to get a little info. Then, I started listening to more of their songs. Now, I'm madly in love with them.

Well, I first came to love Fall Out Boy when I saw their video Sugar, Were Goin Down. I would soon come to the point where I would get on the computer and listen to it first thing when I got home from school!! From that point on, I got their CD and now I've fallen in love with alot of the other songs on the CD and some of their older stuff too!! BTW: I love Andrew Furley, he's just so adorable! ^_^ heart

Uhm, I first heard FOB around December 2003. My friend IM'd me on MSN and said (I quote) "TASHA! You have to hear this it's ******** amazing. -sends "Parker Lewis Can't Lose" to Tasha-". Into the first minute of the song I was in love. Not much more to say, really.

AS for me, my cousin was listening to them on his iPod and I stole it away from him.
Yep. And thanks to him, I love them. And, when I go to their concert in April, I'm inviting him. =) 'cause I'm a nice cousin.
