It wont happen. As we have seen Harry has too high of morals to do something like that, he spits on the names of those who are evil so if he were to take Voldie's place it would be hypocritical on his part. No one likes a hypocrite plus we're looking at the whole thing with no fan every buying a book of her's again.

I don't think Harry would have it in him.

I want Voldemort to die and Harry to live a happy life.
I don't think he'll do that cause I think he really wants to prove that he's a gryffindor.

Not entirely impossible with Harry's mixed ignorance at some points along with his connections to the dark side. (no joke intended)
This is more convincing then that Harry will die, which in turn would send a shockwave through the fanbase, turning the "boy who survived" into a martyre. neutral

I highly doubt that would happen. It could happen, I mean anything could. But I don't think it will.
Harry lost his parents, godfather and beloved teacher because of Voldemort. Why would he want to take his place and ruin other children's lives, like Voldy did his?
I think Harry will become the next Dumbledore, helping keep the evil doers under control even in his old age. Unless... he dies.
