Does their body weight have any affect how they died? If so, the one who died weighed less and so died of alcohol poisoning? That's my last guess xD

Assume they are the same in every way. They have the same weight, cholesterol, hair, height, gender, tolerance level to alcohol, looks, and what they are wearing.

It's okay. most riddles are like that. Here's a new one.

One man lives in a ten story building. He always goes to the first floor in the morning. When he returns from his job, he only goes to the 7th story, then he walks upstairs three floors to his room. this is always the case unless there are other people in the elevator or it is a rainy day in which case he rides to the tenth floor.
