Drake looked at bein and said "no need to bow" and salutes bein as she was the fuher now

Bein smiled. This is so weird. She thought.

"don't expect me to salute you, but you have my help"

Drake looked at some water and snapped his fingers and froze the water and just looked at the frozen water  

[Kavoru]

"Umm.. Okay." Bein said to Shadow.

"no problem, but wait does that make you a state alchemist too now?"  

[Kavoru]

Bein looked confused. "I thought I had to take a test though." She said.

"well you just became fuher"

Drake looked back at them and said "now making you a state alchemist and the highest ranking personnel in Central"

"I totally wasn't expecting this." Bein said. "I'm only still a teenager. When I thought about becoming a state alchemist I thought just that not a fuher!"

Drake looked at bein and said "well as i said you have the full help from me"

"think about it what's the worst that can happen, well besides the destruction of our country?"

Drake looked at shadow and said "here's an idea how bout you don't try to motivate someone and leave it to the professionals"
