Air filling her lungs, Lucy started to hum 'I have a dream' to herself peacefully and silently as Daemon and Tamara started a conversation.

Daemon sighed at his friends reaction, taking it that she didn't want to talk to him. He put the parchment on the owl's leg slowly. "Take this to Mistress SaDiablo. Do not delay, unless your life will end." He told the owl, which took flight fast. His mind strayed to the book in his bag at his side. He glanced back at Lucy, smiling. "Thanks for coming with me." He mmoved to a window slowly. "I''ve never been up here before," he commented, dodging a dead mouse.

"My pleasure." she smiled back, restarting to hum the quiet song.

Tamara "Goldilocks" Radcliffe

Tamara stepped over to him and smiled. "I love coming up here. It helps me to think. Plus, the view is incredible. A little cold up here though." She said as she shivered slightly.

Daemon nodded in agreement. He'd left his cloak downstairs. "I agree. Adds to the feeling." He looked around the creepy style room. "Why so quiet Lucy?"

Lucy nodded, agreeing with Tamara.
"It is chilly here." she said, stopping the humming. She shrugged at Daemon's question. She started 'I have a dream' again, but quieter. She missed it when Patrick played the guitar and she used to sing in the streets and they could finally eat or drink a cup of warm coffee during London's cold winter.

Daemon nodded "Where do you hail from?" He asked Lucy curiously. Her accent was hard to read.

"I'm British." she replied. She had a clear, English accent. She frowned a second at Daemon then started to mutter the song again.

Daemon sighed, "Most of us are." He took the hint and asked no further.

Lucy sighed and stopped humming.
"I'll guess I'll wander somewhere else." she shrugged, smiling kindly. She picked up Inkheart, which was lying on the floor, and moved to the exit of the Olwlery.

"I hope to see you soon," Daemon said sadly, sad she'd stopped talking.

"Yep. Bye!", she smiled at Daemon. She then skipped downstairs, but stopped once she was outside the Owlery. 'I'm going to go to...The second floor! No... The-seventh one!' she thought, skipped off to the seventh floor of the magical school.

Tamara "Goldilocks" Radcliffe

Tamara waved as Lucy left. "She's pretty energetic, that one." Tamara struggled against the urge to cry. She stepped closer to Daemon again and rested her head on him. He was warm to the touch, so Tamara scooted closer to him. "You're warm."

Daemon nodded, "She blushes allot. All I did was offer my arm." He shook his head. Women were a magic even Hogwarts couldn't teach. He slid his arm around her auomatically. "You seem distracted. What's wrong?"

Tamara "Goldilocks" Radcliffe

She frowned. "I'm worried about you, Dae. I'm afraid you're going down a path I can't follow. I'm no SaDiablo and can never be, you know that. I have the Radcliffe tradition to keep up. God knows William is gonna need his big sister next year." She looked up at him, a solemn tear streaking down her cheek.
