Critical Break: Mini Arc Additional Announcement: Part 1 Missions
Part One of this arc is the evacuation of the villagers to the Mizukage's offices. All Shinobi are to evacuate at least one thread (allow for one each so wait before at least a day you go and do another evacuation.) with a minimum of two posts for evacuation. This is worth D-rank everything wink so do a good job. This can be performed now.

All right, everyone. Here's the set up for the last part of this mini-mini arc. Find your targets, take them down! You still have to track them down (you will get no help but a trail of blood and bodies should be enough to lead you to them) but after that, its fair game. Fight! The roster, currently, goes as follows.
Jack vs Koko Ryou & Kameko vs Hotaka Shadow & Aria vs Hashgroth Inka & Jae & Takeshi vs Koga
Prizes are as follows If you capture a prisoner: Individually: 350ac Team: 450ac (each) 800ryo (split between each other if in a team)
If you kill a prisoner: Individually: 525ac Team: 650ac 400ryo (split between each other if in a team)

7days! Once you have defeated your enemy, please report (in character) to the Mizukage's office for your rewards. Depending on how you fought, you may or may not receive the full amounts detailed in the posts earlier but you will be getting a substantial amount of both Ryo and AC. If you are injured, report to the office anyway. We will have NPC on stand by to do intense healing until the Hospital (currently a battle site) is repaired. Thank you.
3 days left, arc fighters. Please start wrapping up your fights within the next 48hours and report to the Mizukage's office by the 28th smile All rewards will be given out by the Mizukage (when you report to the office) so make sure you check in by the 28th!

Today is the last day before the arc ends and I have some things to say. Firstly, certain members have been playing badly. Ignoring information, disregarding character actions, threatening quits and auto killing. ITS POOR FORM. And your actions will reflect in the amount of ac/ryo you will be receiving. If you did not engage in the actual fighting, you will receive a decent amount of ryo but your ac will be substantially decreased. If you were a slower reply or did not take into account the total actions of others, you will receive less ryo and less ac than those who reacted to everything in the posts. Secondly, this ridiculous bull of arguing around and ignoring people or tattling and complaining is the reason Kiri does not have constant mini-arcs. Slow posting, not posting and posting without the common understanding of other's posts are another reason.
Now...........if you don't like these rules, these reactions and the consequences of YOUR actions, you are welcome to go to another village or speak to a MOD. However, part of the guild is interacting with other people. By ignoring them and parts of their posts simply because you can't be bothered to read it all, is a violation of the rules (in a soft way). So. With that said, allow to add one more very important bit.
If you are NOT in the office by tomorrow night, the ac and ryo rewards will be cut in HALF. And that's not half of the general total. That is half of what you should have received if you had arrived at the correct time.
In conclusion, wrap up your fights and get to the office by tomorrow night or you will be penalized. In conclusion, if you have been playing badly/rudely/stupidly/complaining, you will be penalized. In conclusion, this should have been fun for most of you. If you didn't have fun, you might want to go back and look at your own posts.
So I've been sick for the last 4days and I apologize for the late announcement. The mini arc is officially over (obviously) so everything can return slightly to normal. Much of the events that occured need to be addressed still so genin can come to the office for headbands and meet and greets but expect delays. Those of you who were involved in the arc may disperse if you are not injured severely or have a need to speak to the Mizukage further. All rewards will be, if they haven't already, be rewarded at the Mizukage's office. Once you have received your reward and acknowledgements, you can leave.

Arc Start: There's something strange, in the neighborhood... -Officially Begins-
A strange calm falls over the village as the waves lap gently on the shores. All at once, a loud clicking can be heard throughout the village. Every single door, window, and portal has been forcefully locked shut! Cries begin as ordinary villagers struggle with unlocking them, to no avail. Outside the buildings, lightly glowing fuuin symbols descend from the clouds until they meet with the ground. Hanging there in the air, Kiri's daily market shopkeepers pass through unharmed--but confused--as the fuuin symbols do no more than produce a small glow, with no more apparent functions. Along the waters' edge, strangely delicious-looking mushrooms of various bright colors sprout, their appearance growing more common by the minute.
A concerned Anbu jumps down from his perch to investigate, wary of the fuuin, and begins to speak towards one of the merchants. Completely ignoring him, the merchant travels on without further delay. Looking about, the Anbu surveys the street, seeing other shinobi gaining the exact same treatment. If the populace is acting strange, then something must be amiss! Walking quickly down to the water's edge, he notices that it has taken no time for the water level to cover the fronts of his shoes, even though high tide is still several hours away at best. Glancing up to the clouds above, he notices the sun is moving in a peculiarly quick manner. In the distance, a merchant is seen being robbed blind in broad daylight. Time to report in with the Mizukage's Office, he decides. Jumping away towards the important building, the fuuin slightly glows from his passing.
Immediately noticeable effects:
All doors, windows, and portals are locked. Fuuinjutsu symbols hang in the air and coat a fine space between each thread. They slightly glow when passed through, but otherwise do not do anything apparent. Non-shinobi people stop responding to shinobi. Weird mushrooms are growing rapidly along all water lines and very humid areas. The water levels are slowly rising. Time is passing quickly. (Sundays = beginning of the morning, Wednesdays = flip to night, Saturdays = end of the night) Quite a lot more visible crime.

I will be rp-ing as Yuri, Mizukage Sypher's secretary, to help handle the arc and to pass out missions. There will be no village-wide posting order unless y'all want it. I feel that it will be unnecessary right now. This post of notes will be updated as needed. (I will not quote y'all each time)
"Attention all shinobi, the village is currently experiencing....something weird. I can't explain it in any other way yet. Please avoid any mushrooms, glowing seals and areas of high water. The sun seems to have been affected as well. More concerning, doors and windows have become locked against the will of those inside or outside. All shinobi are to attempt to aid anyone trapped inside. Also, villagers appear to have been affected and no longer react or acknowledge any shinobi. Until we know more about this, all shinobi are advised to proceed with caution. Announcements will be forth coming."

Mizukage's Announcement:
"ATTENTION ALL SHINOBI. This is new information in regards to what is happening in the village so listen up. Mushrooms are currently appearing in massive growth around the village, usually in areas of heavy moisture. DO NOT EAT THEM. They are from a seaside channel know to sailors and cause the following when consumed: hallucinations, hunger for, and a desire to force another, to consume more mushrooms. They cause a purple discoloration of the skin, on which grow more mushrooms. There is an antidote! Antidotes will be initially distributed as they are acquired and we will be taking steps to discover and mass produce the antidote. If you run out of antidote, attempt to purchase/acquire more from merchants in the streets who carry them for the sailors who normally need them. Additionally, try to avoid any contact with the infected unless it is to administer the antidote. They will be violent and attempt to engage you if you try to stop them. Many of you may have noticed the increase in both crime and villager dismissal of shinobi, ignoring or not seeing us in any way. You can gain attention of the villagers through sudden actions and keeping constant touch but they forget almost immediately once touch is broken. Additionally, you all will have noticed the doors and windows have been sealed by a currently unknown jutsu. Attempting to enter these entries will result in strange images and flashbacks of what occurred prior to the moment you try to enter. So far, no harm has occurred to those who try to enter but the doors reseal after they have been opened. We don't know anything about the seals seen around the village yet. Anyone with information on them are requested to report to the office and inform Mizukage Secretary Yuri so that she may make an additional announcement."

As much as I love all this posting, something was mentioned to me that I feel all of you should know...... No one is getting this demon. Sorry. This demon is going to be sealed by the Mizukage into a tree that will cause a village wide benefit. If you want the details of this seal, you may quote me in the Kiri Chat room and I will happily supply them. But yes, this current demon will not being going to any individual person. Sorry.

Psycho Anbu's Announcement:
"Come closer, I can almost smell you... ah, another walking meat puppet! Strip the flesh, salt the wound!" Maniacal laughter could only be heard after a brief scream and sounds of blade upon flesh.
Secretary Yuri's Announcement:
Switching quickly to the 'silence-all' button after a particular psycho made his tirade, Yuri made the announcement, as well as all potential missions. "ATTENTION ALL SHINOBI. This is new information in regards to what is happening in the village so listen up. We hereby order all shinobi to evacuate the streets, the apartments, academy and dojo. No one but those we know to be safe are allowed out on the streets. Everyone works in at least, minimally, pairs to prevent infection from these unknown sources. These unknown sources are causing everyone to attack each other. If they cannot attack someone, they try to commit suicide. Beware! Up next, the current missions will be read..." Reading the missions off, Yuri then muted the announcement call.

Title: Hold the Line (at the office) Rank: A Information: An unknown force has infiltrated the village. Hold the line for as long as possible or until reinforcements arrive. Solo or Squad: Variable Minimum Posts: 2 Note: If encountering an enemy role player, and able to repel them- Bonus: 500 AC, 500 Ryo.
Title: Featherweight (to help the other rpcs do missions) Rank: A Information: The Village needs a distraction. The chosen shinobi, be it a single person, small squad, or a mass grouping, is to grab the enemy's attention with any means necessary until the others can perform their mission. Just make sure you come back safe~ Solo or Squad: Variable Minimum Posts: None Note: If your ally's main mission is successfully completed- Bonus: 250 A.C.
Title: Snatch & Grab :: I (rescue mission to draw in surviving Genin) Rank: D Information: Time to conduct a good old snatch and grab. Your mission is to locate and capture a specific target in enemy territory and return him/her to friendly territory for questioning. The rank of this mission varies based off of the target and its location, D-ranked being that of Genin, and still within one's home country. Solo or Squad: Squad Minimum Posts: Varies Note: The overall length of this mission is determined by the time it takes you to capture the target and return them to permanent safety. However one post must be made per shinobi on the team, minimally.
Title: Patrol the village! (need a report on the village, from someone sane) Rank: A Information: The village is on alert, and shinobi are required to patrol the village and look for anyone, or thing, that doesn't rightfully belong! If you find an enemy shinobi, kill or capture them! Don't let them leave with any info! Solo or Squad: Variable Minimum Posts: One post in every thread in the village Note: Becomes Rank A mission if enemy is discovered.
All right, people. This arc is over. Done. Kaput. Technically, put on hold until a later dates, details to be revealed at a later date, awards to be given as soon as possible. Time Skip details: About two months have passed since the strangeness and attacks that were wrought upon the village of Kirigakure. At this moment in time, the streets have been emptied of water, houses rebuilt, the psychological traumas mildly handled and the Kage's office completely rebuilt. All injuries tended and healed (save those that couldn't be fixed) and all assumed dead (village NPC's) have returned to life to the bafflement of all. Sypher is currently in his office.

HI! Right. Been a long time smile I'm seriously proud of all of you for still posting and keping Kiri active by proving you can do interpersonal roleplays among yourselves! You guys are awesome, you rock, etc, showering of praise, etc. I will be doing a little bitty activity check that I will tack up after I post this to get your opinions and thoughts. This does have quite a bit to do with some things that are currently happening and something that may happen in the near future (Aka summer when I am no longer being smothered by a maniac ton of HW).
