Personality: He's pretty damn mean, so he may not be exactly nice to the mother of his babies and will most likely not want any long term relationship with them. Of course, if the mother is evil too, he might respect her more and be more inclined to stick around. But he's chaotic evil so at the end of the day, he really isn't going to care one way or another. He's in it for himself. He'd hope for at least one baby to corrupt.
