Lawsonia is a smart little creature, though he primarily excels and strategy and tactical pursuits. He likes to have eyes and ears everywhere, and while he will never tell anyone why he has such a preference, it seems to serve him well! This aside, he is a small cub with big aspirations and has a great love and respect for the borderguards and scouts that protect his home. In his eyes, there are few others who stand out as worthy of honour and awe as these guys and as a consequence, he desires for nothing more than to be like them.
Emotionally, this cub is incredibly resilient and this is perhaps a very good quality to possess in the face of a pride that is the vocal point of a plague. However, every now and then this resilience can raise it's head as indifference or a severe lack of tolerance and become a cause for concern... After all, this lack of tolerance could possibly lead to conflict or worse yet, a loss of temper. Not necessarily dangerous as a cub, but a warning sign as an adult.
Alas, this particular cub is rather opinionated in relation to certain subjects and some might find his lack of flexibility to be exasperating - there are simply somethings he can't be persuaded on.
As an immune cub within the pride, he is physically much fitter than the vast majority of the lions within the pride and as a result, excels at sports and other such games. However, with his sights set on becoming a scout when he's capable, he much prefers to pursue activities which will help him achieve this goal - suffice to say, when he sets his mind to something he will get it.
Brief History:
Lawsonia's early life is a bit of a mystery to him - while he remembers most of his childhood, raised in the loving environment of his pride, he still recalls on occasions, a foggy and clouded face of another lion. Little does he know that this lioness was his birth mother, who, upon realising she couldn't care for her offspring, left him and his brothers in the care of those that could.
Consequently, Lawsonia was raised under the careful ministrations of the lionesses in the Kitwana'antara. One of these lionesses was elected as the surrogate mother to himself and his siblings and since then has preformed her duty well. In the eyes of Lawsonia she is his mother and he knows know better.
For the time being his history is largely unwritten and his story untold.

Ever cheerful and smiling in the face of 'doom', Hilarion is renowned for her rather morbid sense of humour. Whether it be a murder or simply a hunt, this hyena is notorious for her wise cracks, bad puns and otherwise wince worthy jokes (often at the most inopportune of times). Nevertheless, this wise cracking and bizarre sense of humour does help to lighten the mood considerably and she has a knack for easing any tension that her pack might feel when confronted with potentially negative events. She's not necessarily the prankster, but she'll totally encourage it!
Brief History:
Hilarion has a way of rubbing up others the wrong way and unfortunately, through association, her sibling is usually brought along for this ride. Due to her eccentric behaviour and the difficulty others occasionally have in dealing with Hilarion, one particular group of Hyenas had had enough. They hatched a plan, organising it so that Hilarion and her sibling would be accused of allowing a pupnapping to occur. The result of this plan, was that they hoped to have the pair thrown out of the pack or better yet - removed permanently.
Alas, Hilarion's timing was perfect as always and her dry wit and dark humour were not received with open arms. It sealed her fate and brought her sister along with her; the pair were cast out and forced to wander in search of another home. They did so and just as Hilarion suspected they might never find another place to reside, they were spotted by a male Hyena who gave them an offer.
...It wasn't a half bad one either!
