self-control= no AIDS

with contraceptives= no AIDS with free Cancer biggrin
how do u control sex to have no AIDS?

I am actually talking about self-control in terms of moral discipline. Try to think of it. How could one spouse get AIDS if he/she only performs the sexual act to one person? So it is barely a matter of self-control. Cheaters get their prize for taking the risk either way, get aids or use contraception and have the tendency to suffer cancer
exactly the point.... RH Bill is for the protection of women.

how could this protect women? I am actually an advocate of women rights (I create literary pieces to protect their rights), these pills can actually solidify some fluids in the breast causing cancer, and most of all, males can most probably use them easily with this bill on. RAPES with minimal evidences because of the semen's absence, wives that are used for pleasure alone, and most of all PRE-MARITAL SEX smile

THIS SECTION is actually being reprimanded right now, especially with products that are SCIENTIFICALLY PROVEN that caused cancer and other side effects such as stroke! This education thingy can actually make young children aware of sex although it is not the proper time yet! Having this rule active creates a barrier of reliance for men to abuse women sexually (Human Sexual Psychological Behavior explains this) Although they can make points of educating us bluh bluh bluh's, it actually makes us more AWARE and CURIOUS! Thus leading to more teenager to try sex since teenage years are crucial years for pressure, and I can be a great witness to that being a 16 year old man.

Sex Education is not about how to make good sex or what... here are the topics to be taught: knowledge and skills in self-protection against discrimination, sexual abuse and violence against women and children and other forms of gender based violence and teen pregnancy; physical, social and emotional changes in adolescents; women's rights and children's rights; responsible teenage behavior; gender and development; and responsible parenthood. Dude I actually know what sex education is. What kind of fool would teach a kid how to do the doggy style? Even though that kind of education educates children about sex responsibility, it makes them more curious. "Naku bakit kaya magkakaproblema?" "Nakz, totoo nga ba sinasabi nya?" "Hay ano kaya feeling nun ano? masubukan nga?". It opens their eyes to topics that are too bold for their understanding >.<

Teenagers do not need to know these. YOUNG ADULTS do. Are the creators of this bill lack the necessary psychological training or what? Noon wala namang RH RH eh, bakit mas conservative pa mga lolo natin, because they knew that thing all along in the way to adulthood. Imagine, you tend to spoon feed to teenagers, "Dapat di niyo to gagawin, dapat bluh bluh bluh", that's pretty nonsense, come on. Know the right time if this kind of education is to be implemented, and if so, be ready for a higher rate of people that is more curious, more adventurous pertaining sex.

Hey, I know it's not about encouraging or discouraging sex, but opening up such topic erupts a teen's curiosity. Try studying the Human Behavior so you can actually understand how things work if serious things are introduced at a wrooooong time. Allow me to cite an example:

1 year old pinapabasa ng Physics na libro.

oh di kaya 10 years old na sinabihang ang YOUJI*Z is a site that caters porn stuffs, entering this site wields great responsibility to your mind. OH DBUH mas maeenganyo ang bata smile It's a matter of accepting how human minds work. We can never create a new one unless you turn yourself into a cyborg.

how do u say that teenagers are not at the right age to learn stuff like this.... after seeing changes in their physical appearance and maturation, how cant u be aware? So kailan dapat malaman ang tungkol sa adolescence and puberty? pagka-18? so pagka-18 lang pwede marealize na im now becoming a real man or woman, so i should start preparing for it. LOL

I'm a nursing graduate so most probably i know some things regarding health. Contraception is not limited to pills that can cause cancer. Some studies even say that it does not increase the risk rather it protects (http://www.time.com/time/magazine/article/0,9171,873908,00.html),
and another research says, that those not wearing barrier contraception aka condoms are at risk to HPV (Human Papilloma Viruses) which is a known risk factor for cervical cancer.
Contraception includes several techniques. I don't think i need to enumerate each.

Second point:
Its not the RH bill that will make the young adolescents aware and curious. Even before the RH bill, these kids are aware thru media. RH bill is there to help these children know the risk of having pre marital sex. It actually helps them. Give them knowledge about the risk if they try. Siguro nga kahit ako, pag sinabihan mo ko ng mataas ang rate ng HIV AIDS sa bansa nung bata pa ako, i'm pretty sure matatakot akong mag try at that age kasi alam ko kung ano ang AIDS etc.
And the target age for this one is really the adolescents. Adolescence starts at age 12. At age 12, eto na yung start of the age of exploration. Whether or not turuan mo sila, they explore. So this RH bill will help them know the pros and cons of sex.

Hayyyzzz Psychology, Psychology, Psychology. That's what pro RH Bill needs. We all know that changes in the physical appearance doesn't affect the mental development xd . For example, girls have more mature perspectives than men, and no one can actually tell if this guy has already developed his mental statistics! People who's age is 18 and above is more likely in the stage of greater brain knowledge and maturity to accept such things. tsk2x Parang pa ulit2x lang ata ang punto ko dito, iniiba-iba lang ang tanung smile ) It's like trying to stumble down a fact with too many questions.

eh sino namang gago ang mag papabasa sa 1 year old ng Physics? hahaha! And i don't think even 1 year old's can read.

Kids discovering sex is usually unintentional. Which is part of growing. Tama si Gerald Roy. We are in a modern age. The people learn through media.

Know the right time if this kind of education is to be implemented, and if so, be ready for a higher rate of people that is more curious, more adventurous pertaining sex.
what they shouldn't do? RH bill never encourages or discourages teenagers to have sex. We are in the modern age now, anong gusto mo bumalik sa panahong wala ng computer at nakacabinet pa ang TV.? Its a Reproductive Health bill, not Population Control Bill.

LOL

People who's age is 18 and above is more likely in the stage of greater brain knowledge and maturity to accept such things. tsk2x Parang pa ulit2x lang ata ang punto ko dito, iniiba-iba lang ang tanung smile ) It's like trying to stumble down a fact with too many questions.

so you mean, men below the age of 18 is incapable of understanding this knowledge because their mental statistics isn't fully developed yet? dude, i tell you, there are more children who has a broader and more open minds compared to adults.
