Tsuki the Lunar Wind Rizack stopped in his tracks. "There is an eighty percent chance he or she is already aware of us. In that case an associate should be following us. It'd be a useless idea to rummage through the city. If they towns guard, local town, and travelers can't find him or her we won't." he said, knowing searching would be a moot idea. He simply walked into a dark alley. If his theory was right, and mind you he's almost always right, the. A member should meet them soon enough. If the guild leader didn't want to be found they wouldn't find him. That was the kind of guy you would try tracing for years with no success. The main road had several shady people on it, where Rizack and Rin were. The problem was figuring out which was was their shady person. "Besides if a person like that doesn't want to be found, we won't find them." "Fair enough. The idea to just stay in this... Area is understandable." Crossing her arms while following Rizack, the young woman sighed impatiently. She hated doing physically nothing and wanted to just... Do something. She didn't mind if it was running across the whole town, if it had a purpose of course. But she acknowledged the foolishness in the action. It was true that if a person doesn't want to be found, chances are, he or she wouldn't be found. Their best bet would be to stay still... But even then they would have to do something to gain the attention of that person. Whether or not he or she was informed of both Rizack and Rin. If we don't strike their interest, the chances of us meeting that person will be slimmer than not. She couldn't help but think.

Sango Kanzaki "Fair enough.
The unthinkable happened. Unlike what they had thought would happen, an adult with a mask or such...it was something else. An eight year old girl walked over and leaned against the wall, beside Rizack. She giggled. "You two look funny. Only fools would hide in an alley here. My employer sends their regards. They'll be in the local inn at one in the morning." was all she said, before skipping away playfully. Rizack raised an eyebrow. "Well then." Rizack said, standing straight instead of leaning against the wall. "I suppose we'll have to go to the local inn before closing time." He looked at the cluster of people in the town square. The unknowing people, in danger from a dragon attack at anytime. Unaware. Safe by their own lack of knowledge. For now at least. He had met a dragon once and it wasn't a pretty encounter. His hand went to the red orb on the pommel of his sword. He loosened his grip after a moment. "We'd best not attract attention. This guild leader probably has a spy in the Legion who told him or her we were coming. So he or she sent someone nobody would expect to give us the instructions. As such they won't want to be noticed too much." he explained, not seeing the five burley walking to him from down the alley. They were pretty big, with strong hands. Most had at least one ugly scar. Sadly his back was turned and for some odd reason...they were pretty quiet walkers.

Rin grunted her agreement at his decision. She was slightly baffled at the appearance of the child, much to her annoyance. Is he teasing us by sending a young girl to us as a... A messenger? Curling her fingers over her twin blades, Rin darkly considered, I should slit her throat and throw the corpse into a well.... Just for my personal satisfaction. Her thoughts were abruptly cut short as her senses sharply alerted her to something. Training as an assassin had embedded in her an extra sort of... Sixth sense? Whipping out her preferred weapons, she swivelled around with loosened muscles, gripping the handles of her blades. "Rizack!" Was all she said in warning. The group of men were large, considerably tough-looking, and appeared threatening. Her lips curved upward in an eager smirk. The prospect of battle appealed her at the moment. They could be henchmen... Of a sort. She thought. Best not attack unless they attack first... Or provoke me.

Rizack noted her annoyance. "The guild leader wants us to 'expect the unexpected.' Or something like that." he said, making quotes with his fingers as he said the expect the unexpected part. Well the quote would soon make irony of the situation as one of the men grabbed him by the shoulders as tossed him back. THEN he heard the female call out his name. His back was to a wall as he stuffed his hand down his boot, took his palm out, and threw a knife at one of their arms. The fool tied to block, getting stabbed, by the simple iron knife. The man fell on his knees as he took it out and dropped the blade, gripping his arm with pain. "I believe fighting would be an option. Leave one alive." Rizack said. The same man lunged, but was soon knocked down in pain as Rizack punched his arm. Where he had been stabbed. This one was having trouble getting up so he'd be no problem. Two attempted to corner Rin as the other two closed in on Rizack.

Rin grinned, twirling her twin blades while rushing towards the two burly men that were attempting to corner her. The world around her became a blur as she whipped out both arms to her sides; nimbly weaving around the attackers with smooth and supple grace. She sliced their thighs and chest, watching in satisfaction as spurts of blood sprayed in the air. She nodded toward Rizack and muttered, "Warning came too late, but you handled that pretty good." Twisting away from a lunging attack, she miscalculated the force of her leap and slipped on a puddle of fresh blood. Though she was able to leap back to her feet before completely slipping, it gave one of the men the opportunity to grab her left leg and fling her to the ground.
Snarling in anger as pain lanced up from her back, Rin thrust her legs upward and--using all her strength--kicked her assaulter. As the man stumbled, she dug one of her blades into his throat, ripping out the metal weapon after the body turned to a corpse. Facing her other attacker, she grimaced in pain that throbbed in her body. More specifically, her back and spine.
