Eheh, I would say "Sushi Monster" since her wigs seem really amazing, but she lives in California (I think), so shipping would be...a nightmare. If I do find someone who lives close to NY, I'll let you know. And as Baret Rapsba said, cosplay.com has a lot of people that would be willing to do it for you--and give tips as well. I remember there was a section that had tutorials for styling wigs...I think.

As for the clothes, maybe you could alter an Asian designed-tunic or something you get off of ebay (assuming you can order online). For the face mask, just a scrap of black fabric and attach the stretchy band things?
