Protect Your Heart
Original Creator: Atlantis_Darts

Your background when you join Snagem, other than what you reveal or tell yourself, is rather unknown. Your hometown/place of birth is under attack. Show what has happened there throughout time as you help defend it. This mission is all about what you want to happen to your hometown, and gives you a chance to lay down some back story for your character. Ridiculousness in this mission will not be tolerated. Show what shaped your character into the person he/she is today, and protect the place you once called home. Protect your heart.

Objectives:
Defend your hometown from destruction.

Pokemon:
You may snag one first or second evo available at your rank, if you have trainer opposition.

Rewards:
Three to five Snag Coins or more, all rewards depend on how well it was done, and how much backstory you added to your character.

A Safari Hunt

About a week or so ago while checking off the amount of coffee we wanted to purchase this month for the rec room, someone may have added an extra zero in the amount of pounds we ordered. This is where you come in! Since we're a little strapped for cash, we've taken to lancing (read: selling out) our skills to help a client from Saffron City in hunting down and catching a strong trophy Pokemon for them in the Fuschia Safari Zone. It's up to you to guide and protect an otherwise useless and defenseless dentist.

But there are a few complications.

The client in mind has a few rival dentists who are all trying to one up each other for the yearly dentistry convention. It's a real thing. You're going to need to sabotage the other competitors (who have no doubt hired muscle to do the same thing as you) while ensuring the client who's hiring us manages to catch something really impressive.

On the other hand, you may feel the need to help prevent the disruption of the Safari Zone's ecosystem if you feel like taking a smaller paycheck. I'm sure the warden of the Safari Zone Baoba and the Fuschia Gym Leader Janine will be more than willing to compensate us for helping to keep the local Pokemon out of harm's way.

Objective:
--- Help the client catch a powerful: Kangaskhan, Tauros, Dragonair, or Chansey.
--- Keep similar Pokemon out of four other dentist's hands by any means neccesary.
OR
--- Prevent any capture of rare Pokemon by the five dentists. Though be warned: they may try to gang up on you.
---Optional: Catch an older but very aggresive Scyther to return to Baoba.
Opposition:
--- 4 mercenaries if you help the client and 5 if you don't, who each use about 3 primarily Rock, Ground, Dark, and Fighting types such as Graveler, Houndoom, Machoke, and Nidorino and Nidorina.
--- If you help the client, you'll be tracked down by a Gym Trainer who thinks they can stop you. They use a Venomoth, a Koffing, and a Hypno.
--- Any Safari Zone Pokemon who you so much as look at funny.
--- You're guarenteed to be attacked by an older Scyther who Baoba has named the raptor of the plains. She likes to stalk the fields and attack any trainer in sight, using a combination of Fury Cutter and a Metronome which she found lying around.
--- Any small time trainers who think you're getting in their way of being the very best. They use mainly 2 Pokemon of the Normal and Poison types. Rattata, Spearow, Nidoran, Venonat, etc.

Pokemon:
--- You may snag or catch one Pokemon but no keeping the Scyther.

Rewards:
Helping the client:
--- 8 Snag Coins.
Stopping the dentists:
--- 2 Snag Coins, and if you capture and return the Scyther a choice between a Leaf Stone or a Sun Stone.

The Green Monster

As some of you might know the Tower of Mastery is guarded by five 'masters', each representing a certain stat and color. You might be asking yourself, “how could there only be five when there are six different stats?” That is a good question and one which this mission is based on.

Years ago there was six masters, one for each stat. The sixth one, who no longer guards the tower, represented the Attack stat and the color Green. At that time the sixth master was the leader of the Tower Masters, a powerful Tyranitar trainer named Tommy. While Attack Master Tommy was a powerful guardian of the tower for many years he had became increasingly violent. The old Mega Evolution Successor had tolerated Tommy's aggressive battling, however once he had stepped down and passed the mantle onto his granddaughter things changed.

Tommy did not like being commanded by such a young upstart, not paying the new Successor the same respect he had given the old one. The new successor, Korrina, would not tolerate Tommy's arrogance and aggression for long and stripped him of his title, banishing him from the tower and giving his title to Tommy's rival Jason. Feeling scorned Tommy went into isolation to plot his revenge, to get back at those who had took away what was rightfully his.

It seems now, after leaving the tower so long ago, that Tommy has decided to make his move as far as Korrina can tell. A Key Stone was stolen from the Tower of Mastery, from a hidden vault which only the Successor themselves has access to but the Tower Masters know the location of. Korrina believes it was Tommy who broke in and stole the Key Stone, having figured out how to get into the vault over the years at the tower. Fortunately for Korrina her Lucario was able to track down the location of the stolen Key Stone. That said Korrina is much too busy to chase down the thief and the Tower Masters as well. As such I have offered our services to Korrina.

This is where you come in. Travel to the Kalos region and find former Tower Master Tommy, aka the Green Monster. Lucario had pinpointed the Key Stone's location to Victory Road. Your goal is to travel through Victory Road and find the Green Monster himself and take back the Key Stone from him. Of course you'll have to sneak into Victory Road if you don't have any badges. Be warned however, Korrina believes that he has a Mega Stone as well and can Mega Evolve his lone Pokemon, Tyranitar. Another problem is that she insists you, provided you are capable of it, do not use Mega Evolution against him. Something about honor in the name of the tower. Ordinarily I would say screw honor and tradition but hey, we're being paid to respect her customs. Any who, good luck and don't die.

-Objective:
---Find former Tower Master Tommy, aka the Green Monster.
---Take back the stolen Key Stone from him and return it to Successor Korrina. (You may not keep it.)

-Opposition:
---Wild Pokemon in Victory Road, Kalos.
---The Green Monster himself and his Mega Evolution capable Tyranitar. Be warned, his Tyranitar was capable of fighting Mega Evolved Pokemon even in its base form.

-Pokemon:
---You may catch one wild Pokemon found in Victory Road (no third evolutions).
---No snagging permitted.

Rewards:
---One Snag Emblem is guaranteed if you pass. However, this mission is expected to be difficult.
---8x Snag Coins.
---Varies from there.

(Note: An individual member may only complete this mission once.)

Lush Jungle Excursion

In the Alola region there exist a place called Lush Jungle, a thick jungle filled to the brim with all kinds of exotic life, from Pokemon to plants, the Lush Jungle is a mega diverse habitat and an important part of the island's ecosystem. People come from all over the world to see the Lush Jungle, some for academic purposes and others tourism, though there is always those who have more darker reasons but today you won't worry about that.

A friend of Team Snagem's, the eccentric berry farmer named Lum, wants to take a trip to the Lush Jungle. Lum, while some would say is completely insane, is actually an expert in all things concerning berries and other plant life and wishes to examine some of the plants growing in the jungle, that and there is a very specific berry tree he visits deep in the jungle in order to take routine saplings of. However the jungle is very dangerous and Lum's Pokemon are not made for battle, nor does Lum have any talent for such a thing. As such I want you to escort Lum through the Lush Jungle and make sure he makes it out in one piece.

You will be escorting him into the deepest part of the jungle where a unique tree called the Topo Berry tree grows, the only one known to exist. Lum has consistently tried, and failed, to get saplings to grow outside the jungle to save it from extinction, you see. The jungle is dangerous however with its many wild Pokemon as well as the Totem Pokemon which protects it. Surely the Totem Lurantis won't take kindly to anyone getting near such a rare tree, never has. The is one more thing to worry about as well. Lum has a hit taken out on him by a member of Team Rocket, someone he stole valuable plant life from long ago and ruined the Rocket's endangered plant life trade. Lum has been warned that this Rocket is looking for him and insists on still going out so all we can do is make sure he is safe. Unfortunately we've learned that Team Rocket scientist Drash is aware to Lum is headed to Alola so be alert for him and his goons.

-Objective:
---Escort Lum through Lush Jungle to the endangered Topo Berry tree so he can gather a sapling.

-Opposition:
---The wild Pokemon of Lush Jungle, battle at least two wild Pokemon.
---The Totem Pokemon, Lurantis, may attack. Do not engage in battle, it's simply doing its job.
---Team Rocket scientist Drash and his grunts. The grunts use standard Rocket Pokemon while Drash uses the following three: Beedrill, Gloom, and Charmeleon. Battle at least one Rocket grunt and Drash.

-Pokemon:
---You may capture or snag one Pokemon. Totem Lurantis can't be caught.

-Rewards:
---5x Snag Coins
---You may do a random number generation in the Pokemon Center (OOC) thread to see what random item you find in the jungle. Generate a number between 1 and 10.

---Random Reward Results:

1. Tiny Mushroom
2. Tiny Mushroom
3. Big Mushroom
4. Balm Mushroom
5. Starf Berry
6. White Herb
7. Mental Herb
8. Any Apricorn x 2
9. Energy Root
10. Revival Herb

The Annual Blackout

It's that time of year for Ula'Ula Island, where most of the island briefly loses power. Why do you ask? Well you see almost the entire island draws its power from the Geothermal Power Plant on Blush Mountain, which most of the time is a huge boon as it is clean and relatively free energy. The problem is the mountain has a strong magnetic field which attracts wild Electric type Pokemon who also have a penchant for sucking up any source of electricity they can find. Normally the power plant does well enough to keep these power suckers at bay but every year, around this time, there is a huge influx of these electricity guzzlers which completely overwhelms the power plant and causes blackouts across the island.

This year though Snagem has managed to secure a contract with the power plant, our job of course being aiding in warding off the hordes of Electric types and preventing, or at least minimizing, the blackouts. Do a well enough job and we get paid handsomely so I'm counting on you to bring in some much needed coin for the team.

-Objective:
---Head to the Geothermal Power Plant on Blush Mountain in the Alola region and aid them in warding off the influx of Electric type Pokemon coming to drain the plant's electricity. You will need to patrol the plant and keep them away for a full day, which is about how long the 'invasion' lasts.
---Be warned, we have reason to believe a Totem Pokemon, Totem Electivire, one formerly used for a trial, is the one that leads them to the power plant every year. You do not have to defeat it, just keep it at bay long enough until sun rise on the next day, it will flee with the others then.

-Opposition:
---Wild Pokemon on Blush Mountain, especially Electric types: Alolan Geodude, Charjabug, Torkoal, Elekid, Electabuzz, Mudbray, Togedemaru, and Turtonator.
---As mentioned above you'll see a -lot- of the Electric types.
---Totem Electivire may not take kindly to his kin being stopped from sapping the plant, be cautious of it for it is a very powerful Pokemon. You do not have to defeat it.

-Pokemon:
---You may capture one wild Pokemon of your choosing, sans Totem Electivire.

-Rewards:
---5x Snag Coins
---Varies from there.

Pika Guards

Chuuster, the famous celebrity Pikachu, a name known the world over. There is a good chance whenever you see a male Pikachu on a big name commercial or television show it's none other than Chuuster you're seeing. This particular Pikachu has been in so many television shows, commercials, and films that it has a net worth to rival even the most wealthiest of human millionaires. Chuuster is so wealthy and unique that he is even legally his own trainer! Pretty wild, huh?

Well as luck would have it Team Snagem has been hired to act as bodyguards for this famous Pikachu while he takes his vacation in Alola at Hano Grand Resort. You might be thinking why they would bother hiring out mercenaries to protect a Pikachu and assume there is more to it, if so you're correct. It has been discovered that someone, or several people, has infiltrated the Hano Grand Resort and are plotting to kidnap Chuuster for ransom. Master Chuuster, as his team of servants call him, however does not want to be disturbed by such things so it's up to you to uncover and foil this plot without disturbing Master Chuuster's vacation.

It's believed this plot to be the work of Team Skull, for no other reason than it's Alola and where there is easy money to be gained illegally there are there. So keep an eye out and make sure Chuuster is relaxed and safe. If all goes well for the entire week he's there we'll be paid handsomely and if there is one last bit of 'Master Chuuster's' reputation that holds true is that he pays people extremely well if they please him. Now go make that Pikachu happy!

-Objective:
---Protect Chuuster the celebrity Pikachu for the week he is staying at Hano Grand Resort.
---Uncover the plot inside the hotel to Pokenap Chuuster for ransom. It's believed Team Skull is behind it.

-Opposition:
---Skull grunts, they use Poison, Dark, Bug, and Psychic types native to Alola. At least two will rear their heads, with at least two Pokemon a piece.
---Possibly wild Pokemon on Hano Beach, Chuuster likes to hang out there.
---Chuuster, if you upset him. Don't do that.

-Pokemon:
---You may capture or snag one Pokemon that still evolves.

-Rewards:
---7x Snag Coins
---High potential for a great deal more Snag Coins based off of a humorous story.

Trouble in the Tree

Gym Leader Ramos of Coumarine City is a well known and highly respected man, sought out by many to tap into his fifty years of gardening knowledge as well as his skill as a Grass-type specialist. While he keeps a lower profile these days than some of the other gym leaders Ramos is still extremely active. Outside of being a gym leader he also breeds and cares for many different kinds of Grass-type Pokemon, one of the most important species being that of Chespin, of which he is the sole breeder of Chespin in Kalos and provides Professor Sycamore with young Chespin for starting trainers. As you might assume this makes his Chespin highly sought after.

A few remnants of Team Flare, lowly grunts who are fanatical in their admiration of Lysandre, have decided to relieve Ramos of his monopoly over the Chespin species for themselves in hopes of turning a profit to fund the revival of Flare. One of their many plots to bring funds.

Head to Coumarine City and make way for the giant tree that is Coumarine Gym. Team Flare has currently taken over the gym and are now laying siege to Ramos' panic room located at the top of the tree, hidden in his library. There he and his Pokemon stowed away with the various Chespin and their parents, the man daring not to risk even one of them to be taken by Flare. Once you make it there you will have to fight your way up to the top. You may be able to get some help from some of the Grass-type Pokemon Ramos 'grows' on each level, their gardens being held captive by the Flare grunts on each level.

At the top you'll find Flare Admin Chalmers, an elderly man who was a Flare Admin in his youth and has retaken up the mantle to help reform Flare, he is an old friend of Ramos and thus knew exactly where to find him and the Chespin. Do not let Chalmers age nor his sophistication and decorum fool you, he is a talented trainer and equally merciless. His Braviary may also look old but it too has seen many a battle. Defeat Chalmers and send Flare packing, if Ramos knows his old 'friend' he knows he won't attempt the same heist twice as one failure brings enough shame as is. Good luck.

-Objective:
---Work your way up the tree that is Coumarine Gym and defeat Flare Admin Chalmers so that Ramos by exit the panic room with the Chespin and their parents.

-Opposition:
---Flare Grunts on each level, at least three. They will use the following Pokemon: Houndour, Houndoom, Gulpin, Swalot, Croagunk, Toxicroak, Zubat, Crobat, Litleo, Pyroar, Vivillon, Fletchling, and Fletchinder. All Pokemon super effective against Grass-types.
---Flare Admin Chalmers. He's highly skilled, merciless, but also somewhat chivalrous and believes in once getting caught and cornered to have a fair fight. He uses just one Pokemon, a Braviary, but do not underestimate it, it's very skilled.

-Pokemon:
---Various Grass-type Pokemon will be found on each level, with their own garden. Ramos breeds them naturally here and thus are technically wild. The following Pokemon can be found here, mixed and matched in their gardens: Oddish, Bellsprout, Exeggcute, Tangela, Hoppip, Sunkern, Lotad, Seedot, Shroomish, Budew, Cherubi, Pansage, Cottonee, Petilil, Ferroseed, Foongus, and Skiddo.
---The wild Pokemon may try to help you in defeating Team Flare, especially if you can convince them to do so.

-Rewards:
---x5 Snag Coins.
---Varies from there depending on how much you battled, how difficult you made it, and so forth.

Amity Square Vacation

Good news Pokemon of Team Snagem! Sub has acquired legitimate (yes, you read that right) tickets to the famed Amity Square of Hearthome City, Sinnoh! A paradise for Pokemon of all kinds to visit and just relax outside of their Pokeballs. There is something for all Pokemon to do there from lazy boat rides around the pond, trees and vines to swing around in, even caves to explore! Research has shown that Pokemon who get at least a few hours of stress free time outside of their Pokeball are healthier than those that don't, so come visit Amity Square and relax!

Head to Amity Square and let your Pokemon run free and explore the square! You can let out up to six Pokemon total, no limits on what Pokemon can enter the square. Trainers can only hang out at the gate to drop off and pick up their Pokemon, this is a place all for them. The point of this mission is to focus completely on the Pokemon and the adventures they might have here. Maybe they'll go exploring for treasure (similar to Mystery Dungeon), perhaps the group has to take care of the baby of the gang (think Pikachu's Vacation), maybe there is a trio of bad Pokemon causing trouble, the possibilities are endless! Be creative. You do not have to stay within the confines of the actual Amity Square from the games, you have complete creative control to have whatever and whoever you want to exist there, as long as it is within the realm of reason.

This mission will also award more Evolution Points and Happiness Points than usual as rewards, based on how creative the story is. A perfect mission to get young unevolved Pokemon some much needed experience. So just remember to have fun with it and go wild.

-Objective:
---Visit Amity Square and let your Pokemon enjoy their vacation!

-Opposition:
---Anything you want, or nothing at all.

-Pokemon
---Any Pokemon you want to show up here may (except legends).
---You may not catch a Pokemon here as your trainer will not be allowed into the square proper.

-Rewards:
---5x Snag Coins.
---More Evolution and Happiness Points than normal based off of story.
---Varies from there.

-Note:
---If there is a certain item, that isn't too outlandish, that you want your Pokemon to find here as 'treasure' then please check with the administration first to get their approval.

Sniffing Out The Culprit

Some Pokemon, and Hybrids, have a particularly keen sense of smell, capable of smelling things most cannot. A keen sense of smell is exactly what our client in Kalos needs. Madame Lutine Arome, the owner of Fragrances by Lutine, has been working on developing an entire new Shadow Pokemon purification scent, to top even a Vivid Scent, Luntine believing she can create one to purify a Pokemon completely in one use. While most believe this to be impossible it appears that there are some who don't want to take a chance that she succeeds. Lutine's office in Lumiose City has fallen victim to burglary several times now with her samples and other work destroyed or stolen, forcing her to relocate already once and now feels like she may have to again. While the local police have no leads on who is behind all this sabotage Lutine believes there is a way to find out; sniff them out.

Before she was robbed the last time Lutine rigged her office with an extremely subtle scent that was sprayed throughout the room via the AC ducts, marking the culprits without them knowing. While she thought to use a much stronger scent she has seen evidence that whoever is behind this knows scents themselves so couldn't use something so obvious. That is where you come in. Lutine would like one of Team Snagem with a keen sniffer to track down the burglar marked
with her special tracking scent and bring them to justice. Lutine doesn't trust anyone else for this task, no even the police, and can't be seen herself tracking it otherwise she is afraid her enemy will catch on.

You will need a Pokemon, or be a Hybrid of one, that can use Odor Sleuth to be able to learn the scent from Lutine and track down the trail. The culprit is somewhere in Lumiose City and likely has a hideout somewhere in the massive city. Not only that but they certainly won't go down without a fight. So find the scent and bring the culprit to Lutine herself to receive old fashioned justice.

-Objective:
---Follow Lutine's Tracker Scent trail throughout Lumiose City and bring to her the culprit who keeps sabotaging her work.

-Opposition:
---The culprit will carry several Pokemon on hand that produce 'nasty' smells or smog (Gloom, Gabordor, etc.), having at least three, you can choose what they are. They will also have a single Shadow Pokemon on them, a Shadow Spritzee. They intend to raise it to produce Shadowfying scents.
---Any other hindrances in your path like annoyed locals or police that see you being fishy.

-Pokemon:
---You may snag one Pokemon from the culprit.
---You -must- snag the Shadow Spritzee but do not have to keep it unless you want to. Snagging it does not count towards your one snagged Pokemon limit but does count if you keep it.

-Rewards:
---8x Snag Coins
---2x Vivid Scents and 1x Sachet from Lutine as a thank you.
--Varies from there.

A New Sheriff In Town

Lacunosa Town is a small community in the Unova region famously known for the walls surrounding the community and their profound culture of security. It’s said their focus on safety dates back hundreds of years ago, from the arrival of a terrifying monster that dwelled in a nearby cave which would eat humans and Pokemon alike at night, walls then erected and a law then established forbidding anyone from going out at night. Since then the people of Lacunosa Town hold security above all else, though one person has decided to use that to their advantage.

During and after the world war, much of it fought in Unova, Lacunosa Town found itself to be the least affected by the fighting out of all other towns and cities in the region. How did they manage that? Not just because of their secured perimeter but also thanks to a new sheriff and de facto leader who had stepped up to the plate during the war when others could not. Larae, a Dark Channeler originally hailing from the nearby Village Bridge, showed up in Lacunosa Town one day during the early stages of the war and helped save the town from a cell of Neo-Plasma grunts that had infiltrated the town, hoping to turn it into a base of operations and forretress for their side’s ambitions in the war.

The townspeople were incredibly thankful to Larae of Village Bridge, who herself had just lost her entire family in an attack on the bridge community, so much so that the town implored the mayor to declare her the new mayor after the last one was exposed to be a Neo-Plasma lackey. Now Sheriff Larae successfully secured the town and protected it from further sabotage and assaults throughout the entire war, however at the cost of ruling with an iron grip, so much so that the mayor was reduced to a figurehead as Sheriff Larae commanded absolute respect and obedience from all. While her extreme control was seen as necessary during the war many now believe it’s no longer required and it’s time to get back to normal, however the sheriff disagrees.

Sheriff Larae has continued to rule the town in a despotic manner in spite that the war is over, she herself believing that the town could collapse back into anarchy at any time, Larae apparently having grown paranoid over losing her new home like she did the last, or maybe she just enjoys the power. Many of the townsfolk, the mayor himself, and the Unovan government officials all believe it’s time for Sheriff Larae to be removed from power, however the government officials fear stepping in themselves and making matters worse and the townsfolk and mayor are too afraid to do it themselves as Sheriff Larae does command a loyal police force, that’s why they have hired Team Snagem.

Your mission is to infiltrate Lacunosa Town, find Sheriff Larae, and apprehend her and transport her to Opelucid City to face trial for charges of corruption and more. It’s important you get into the city undetected as Sheriff Larae is suspicious of newcomers and any items you have on you would be checked at the towngate, exposing you as a Snagem. Once inside you can find a way to blend in, may even find some townsfolk sympathetic to the mission and help you. Your goal is to get to and remove Larae from town as quietly as possible, no one wants a big scandal or fight to break out. Sheriff Larae however will not go down without a fight and as a Dark Channeler she has plenty of fight in her. Good luck.

-Objective:
---Infiltrate Lacunosa Town and remove Sheriff Larae to Opelucid City to stand trial.

-Opposition:
---Sheriff Larae and her police force. All of them are highly skilled trainers, possessing only Unovan native Pokemon.
---Lareae herself is a Dark Channeler whose main partner is a Honchkrow, bestowing upon her the ability to instill fear and submission in others through her Channeling. Furthermore she commands a flock of Murkrow throughout the city and can communicate with them over distances. Her abilities largely lack combat functions but have proven incredibly useful for keeping the town in line. She also has on her a Bisharp and Liepard.

-Pokemon:
---You may snag one Pokemon from one of Larae’s officers, but not Larae herself. Restrictions on Pokemon available are any non-starter non-legendary Unovan Pokemon that is base level (eg. Stunfisk) or up to second stage (eg. Herdier/Simisear)

-Rewards:
---8x Snag Coins
---1x Black Glasses
---Varies from there.

The Five Points

We have received a call for assistence from Galar concerning gang activity in Spikemuth. Typically the local authorities handle these things themselves however they have requested our aid due to one concerning aspect of the gang; they have a Shadow Pokemon. The gang itself is not particularly concerning, just a bunch of disgruntled teens from poor families that are known to make trouble, however now that they have a Shadow Pokemon their threat level has drastically risen.

They are known to manipulate a Shadow Falinks in an unusual way, in that the separate 'soldiers' of this composite Pokemon are able to act independently of the leader, likely a side effect of the shadowfication. Curiously they don't seem to be able to infect separately, only as one, perhaps due to the lesser quantities of the virus they put out. However they are extremely aggressive and not very good at battling when apart, the teens using them individually just to make a mess of things and make off with whatever ill gotten goods they can, though just that one individual has proven challenging enough.

Your mission is to head to Spikemuth and locate the Five Points gang (their symbol a star) and apprehend the six individual Falinks soldiers. In spite of their name there are actually six members, their leader a teenage Galarian Linoone hybrid named Stanley Blackstar who always has the Falinks leader with him. Stanley is a well known delinquent in Spikemuth and has caused considerable problems with authorities, largely due to his rather prodigial hybrid strengths for his age. Be warned, Stanley is way craftier than he appears and for his age, many adults have underestimated him and wish they hadn't. Their hideout is unknown to authorities so it's up to you to do a lot of the leg work.

(Note: You'll be given six Pokeballs to capture the separate Shadow Falinks soldiers. Five if you choose to keep it for yourself with the Falinks leader being caught with your own ball.)

-Objective:
---Locate the six members of the Five Points gang and snag their individual Falinks, including the Falinks leader held by Stanley Blackstar.

-Opposition:
---The five teenage grunts of the Five Points gang. They will each have a single unit of a Shadow Falinks.
---Stanley Blackstar, teenage Galarian Linoone hybrid of the Five Points. He holds the leader of the Shadow Falinks as well as one of the following: Nickit, Impidimp, Morpeko, Inkay, Purrloin or Scraggy. He is capable of using the following hybrid moves: Night Slash, Fury Swipes, Swift, Counter, and Take Down. His ability is Quick Feet.

-Pokemon:

Death Race on the Water

Alto Mare, a beautiful island city famed for its canals and legendary protectors, situated just south of Azalea Town, a popular vacation destination that has a long history of peace so much so that it came through the World War without a single brick disturbed. Truly the City of Water is a slice of paradise in a chaotic world, though it wasn’t always that way and it looks like something intends to bring back the dark days.

As you may know Alto Mare is well known for hosting the Tour de Alto Mare, an international aquatic Pokemon racing competition which uses the city’s many canalas from all over. As implied people from all over come to visit Alto Mare to compete and while this might cause crime to shoot up for this period the island largely avoided any trouble concerning the event thanks in part to their strict security measures as well as the fabled stories of their protectors. This time though propaganda isn’t enough to keep evil away.

We have information that a trio of Frogadier hybrids, part of some sort of greater shinobi clan of assassins for hire, have been hired to interfere with the races and find a way to silently kill, and make it look like a racing accident, one of the competitors. Marlon, Gym Leader of Humilau City has come all the way from Unova to compete in the Tour de Alto Mare along with his faithful Mantine, and it is he who is their target. Perhaps someone didn’t take too kindly to an upstart claiming the title of strongest gym leader, or maybe there is some other unknown reason for being marked, be as it may we cannot allow such a high ranking public figure to be assassinated in a foreign land and risk the political fallout.

Your mission is to journey to Alto Mare and make sure the race goes off without a hitch. We know that whoever is hiring them is insisting he dies before the end of the race and will not pay for his death after the fact, a clause in their contract, so to speak. Perhaps it is an old competitor who wishes to see him utterly humiliated in death, who knows. While guarding the race it’s proactive to keep an eye out for the Frogadier Hybrids, they call themselves the Dagatorio, and neutralize them if needed. If you manage to capture one, or even all three, even better, you can turn them over to the police and perhaps prevent future murders.

Be warned that while still relatively young hybrids the Dagatorio are very skilled assassins, trained from childhood to kill. Not only will they not hesitate to kill you they will use anything and everything at their disposal to do so, including their Pokemon, weapons, smoke balls, poisons, anything. Use the utmost caution and keep your wits. Good luck.

…I wonder if Soul Dew will be okay.

—Objective:
-Ensure the Tour de Alto Mare goes from start to finish without problem.
-Keep Marlon alive.
-Try to capture one or more of the Dagatorio to be turned in.

—Opposition:
-The Dagatorio, three young adult Frogadier hybrid assassins, ruthless and cunning.
-The three hybrids will carry one to two of the following Pokemon: Sneasel, Koffing, Staryu, Grimer, Gligar, Sableye, Carnivine, Zorua, Skrelp, Golbat, Mightyena, Liepard, Arbok, Beedrill, Tentacool, Qwilfish, Whirlipede, Salandit, Pawniard, Inkay, Scyther, Ariados, Accelgor, and Carvanha.

—Pokemon:
-You may snag one Pokemon from one of the hybrid assassins.

—Rewards:
-10x Snag Coins
-1x Enigma Berry
-1x Star Piece

Lethal Hour: Freedom Doesn’t Die

Are you a bad dude? Think you got what it takes to save the day? To stomp out the bad guys for Arceus and country? Save the girl? Blow up the enemy base? Well have I got the mission for you! It’s time to flex those muscles!

Those vile hybridists of the House of Harmonious Humanity, or HHH, have been stirring trouble in Unova lately, fanning the flames of hybrid discrimination, going as far as blamming the hybrids for the previous World War. Unfortunately the HHH has amassed a sizable following and are no longer content with just spreading their hate speech and now have moved onto dark action.

We have information that the HHH is planning to kidnap the daughter, Christine D’Alesandro, of the Speaker of the Unovan House of Representatives, the daughter herself a famous actress at Pokewood Studios, both of them hybrids. They intend to hold the daughter ransom in exchange for the Speaker’s resignation, the HHH displeased with such a politically powerful hybrid, the Speaker the first hybrid to hold that position, the highest office a hybrid has ever held.

The Unovan government’s resources are stretched incredibly thin right now and Speaker Nanette D’Alesandro has reason to believe the Secret Service is compromised so that is where we come in. Your job is to act as bodyguard for the Speaker’s daughter Christine and make sure the HHH doesn’t get their hands on her and if they do you must get her back. Our information tells us that HHH intends to kidnap Christine upon leaving the awards ceremony taking place at Pokewood Studios, the crowds of fans and other chaos outside the studio being the perfect time to snatch her away.

If (and when) they do kidnap her they’ll surely take her to their hidden base in Virbank City, somewhere tucked away in the Virbank Complex. You’ll then have to fight your way into their lair, knock a few heads around, blow up a few things, and get the girl out of there safely and back to the Speaker. While most of the HHH are just some hybridist human mooks with a few Pokemon on them their current leader is actually pretty competent. William McCord is a vile man, a former and heavily decorated war veteran turned bigot. While he never shows it publically we have reason to believe McCord is actually a skilled Fighting Channeler, a talent he tries not to let his minions know as the HHH is kind of averse to, though not nearly as much as they hate hybrids. Be careful when engaging with him.

Now get out there soldier and save the day!

(Note this mission is suppose to be very "80s/90s action movie" so don't be afraid to be cheesy, make lots of explosions, fight scenes, etc.)

—Objective:

-Act as bodyguard for Christine D’Alesandro, a young Simipour hybrid in her twenties, while attending the awards ceremony at Pokewood Studios north of Virbank City.

-Christine will be kidnapped outside of the studio upon leaving, you must then track down the HHH thugs to their hidden base in Virbank Complex south of Virbank City. Fight your way through there and rescue her.

—Opposition:

-The HHH mooks, regular humans that carry whatever weapons they can kind and a few Pokemon on them. They use any Unovan native Pokemon (found here) up to second stage (that is nothing that has evolved twice). and non-legendary. You will have to battle at least two mooks (which have at least one Pokemon each) but you can knock the heads around of any number you like.

-William McCord will certainly engage you in a fight to prevent you from fleeing with Christine. He is a skilled Fighting Channeler, pairing up with his Sawk to give his punches explosive impact and his karate chops are capable of splitting steel, at least they used to be. McCord is in his late forties and due to the need to hide his abilities from his minions he is way out of practice so his Channeling has suffered. But make no mistake, he can still probably put up a good fight.

—Pokemon:

-You may snag one Pokemon from one of the mooks.

—Rewards:

-4x Snag Coins
-1x Evolutionary Item of Choice.
-Varies from there.

Unlock Potential

So you’re a Hybrid or Channeler, aren’t you? Perhaps you’ve studied under a master for a time or used to train yourself but regardless of how you began to accrue power you fell into a period of stagnation, your abilities becoming stale. Maybe the daily grind of normal life took precedence, maybe you got ill, whatever happened you feel your powers have become lacking over time and now you are too embarrassed to return to your old master or show off your abilities in public out of shame of having let them degrade so badly. Never fear, there is a way to reignite your spark and unlock your dormant potential yet again.

Near Lake Acuity in the Sinnoh region there is a small village tucked away in the frozen tundra, a village composed of hybrids, Channelers, and Pokemon, all of which are dedicated to the ancient art of meditation and worship of the legendary Pokemon Uxie. This village is said to have existed since ancient times, originally an ancient religious order, the Order of Acuity, that once thrived under Uxie’s direct blessings but now only pray to his image. The village is composed of many Meditite and Medicham, Hybrids of said species, and Channelers which have bonded with them as well. There are other Hybrids and Channelers that have come from afar to join them, such as Mienshao and Hitmonlee but the majority is largely that of the Meditation Pokemon.

The Order of Acuity, as they call themselves, are famed for their meditation teachings, helping Pokemon, Hybrids, and Channelers unlock their mind’s eye (Mind Reader, etc.) or even unlock their untapped or stagnate potential. Their meditation however does not grant new power, just whatever power you already possess but now find difficult to access again, or perhaps need help finding. And that is where you come in.

Travel to the Lake Acuity and find the village of the Order of Acuity, they will accept you into their fold willingly. Elder Chaksu, a Medicham hybrid, and his students will be the ones to help you in your meditation journey. You will undergo many physical tasks, mental ones, ones alongside Pokemon, and of course meditate, a lot. You will have to remain at the village for days, perhaps even weeks, before you see any progress. But make no mistake, as long as you stick with it Elder Chaksu promises you will leave the village restored, brimming with all the powers you once have, and perhaps even a little bit you didn’t know was there all along. Good luck.

-Objective:
—Journey to Lake Acuity and find the village of the Order of Acuity.
—Follow Elder Chaksu’s meditation regime and unlock your dormant potential.

-Opposition:
—Whatever challenges Elder Chaksu throws at you such as wild Pokemon, trainer battles, fights with other Hybrids of Channelers, the wilds themselves, your own inner demons, anything.

-Pokemon:
—You may capture or befriend any wild Pokemon found at or near Lake Acuity (surrounding routes). There is some leeway here provided you can think of a good reason why a Pokemon not normally found near here is there.

-Rewards:
—8x Snag Coins
—Your character’s dormant abilities are restored.
—Varies from there.

-Note:
—This is a very story heavy mission, as you will note not many spelled out objectives are given, instead it is up to you to decide what your character does here, the challenges they face. Because of that you will be critiqued on how good of a story you write to explain how your character regains their former abilities rather than completing a certain objective.

Another Errand Run

(Inspired by Blizzard120)

Hey, you’re not busy, right? I need you to run an errand for me, shouldn’t take too long. Could you head on into town and pick me up the plasmite batteries I ordered? They are special Electric Gem batteries special made by Devon Corp. for HQ’s generators. The Viridian City Poke Mart told me they got them in yesterday but I just haven’t had the time to go pick them up. Should be no problem for you, just head over, pick them up, say hi to some newbie trainers, and come on back. Easy peasy, right?

(The following is OOC.)

Except it won’t be easy. Your character will discover that someone else picked up the batteries by mistake and took them to the lighthouse in Olivine City, mistaking them for the fuses they need, which will then start a chain of swaps or trades that you must go through in order to obtain the original plasmite batteries from the lighthouse maintenance worker who refuses to give them up until he gets his fuses. He will however give you a Comet Shard to hold onto as collaterale.

Your character will then travel to Slateport City, Hoenn to pick up the fuses from Stern’s Shipyard only to find out the last ones were sold to Vista Lighthouse in Sunyshore, however this information will cost them the Comet Shard. At Sunyshore they’ll find that they have the fuses at the Vista Lighthouse but they require a set of replacement binoculars made by Silph Co. in Saffron City. There they’ll be given the binoculars, which aren’t typically for sale, by a shady Rocket grunt posing as a Silph employee if they can bring them some fresh malasada’s from Alola.

With the malasada’s trade for the binoculars your character will return to the lighthouse to trade them for the lighthouse fuses only to discover they are the wrong fuses, these ones mixed up with the fuses for the lighthouse in Hulbury, Galar. They will then travel to Hulbury to swap them out however they’ll refuse the trade unless they can bring them an autograph from Gym Leader Elesa in Unova. After they swap the autograph for the right lighthouse fuses and return to the lighthouse in Olivine City they’ll discover the plasmite batteries were accidentally sold to the Prism Tower in Lumiose City before your character showed up in the first place, forfitting the collaterial you already gave up (the Comet Shard).

Traveling to Lumiose City gym leader Clemont promises to give you the batteries if your character can pass all his gym puzzles and defeat him in battle. Once that’s completed they’ll be given the promises batteries and finally be allowed to return to HQ with the original parcel.

Phew, that’s a lot. Good luck.

-Objective:
—Pick up the plasmite batteries for Sub in Viridian City…except it definitely won’t be that easy.

-Opposition:
—Anyone or any Pokemon that may get in your way.
—Gym Leader Clemont is the only trainer you have to battle. He’ll only use Heliolisk as it won’t be an ‘official’ gym battle.

-Pokemon:
—You may capture one wild Pokemon in any of the regions you visit.

-Rewards:
—10x Snag Coins
—1 Snag Emblem Piece
—Varies from there.

-Note:
—This is a very story heavy mission where you decide most of what happens, only a very basic outline is given. You may create any additional challenges and obstacles for your character to overcome along the way.
