Flay briefly looked at her watch. Time was ticking to begin there operation. She looked at a fellow operative, nodding her head her and other agents of GoC went there separate ways.
Flay and her team were headed to the location of the Tearu staging area, while the other team was finishing arming the bombs.

The two heads of state seemed to be in agreement, which was something of a relief. If the heads could follow it, perhaps the body would follow the path to peace as well. Lord Mochizuki, the new Chief Representative of Orb, also commented on paving the way to peace. While a warship wasn't exactly a symbol of peace, it could perhaps become a symbol of hope or protection. "Lord Mochizuki, I'm glad you could join us today." He gave a quick salute as required. Now that the three factions had arrived and the guests were all processed, Hazuko cleared his throat to gather their attention.
"Guests of Orb, I welcome you on behalf of the Orb Military. With all guests confirmed, we'll be moving to the presentation area. Food and drink have been prepared beforehand, and the ceremony will begin shortly thereafter." He stepped aside to clear the door that would lead to the more gravity-stable room for the ceremony. There was a lower area filled with seating while the second flooring overlooked it and held the food and drink.
Name: Haru Hazuko Genetic Type: Natural Rank: Commander Position: Uzumi Nara Captain Background & Personality: A true commander of Orb, Haru Hazuko has been a loyal Orb soldier since he could sign up. Before the advent of the M1 Astray, he was proud of the Orb's military might and felt it could defend against ZAFT or the Earth Forces without mobile suits. When the invasion of Orb happened, he was proven wrong and focused on generating his own anti-mobile suits tactics. Some of which were successful, and he was promoted to Commander by the end of the second war. He was selected as the Orb military's first choice to captain the Fujin, and he recommended his long-time crewmember Ryuu Taiki to transfer onto the ship as well. With Haru's experience, the recommendation was accepted.
Unlike his subordinate, Haru is a very serious and strict military commander. While he knows about the cost of war, he also believes war is sometimes a necessary evil. He holds a dislike for the Earth Alliance and ZAFT after each invasion on the Orb homeland. He also smokes often and has an occasional drink for celebrations. With his knowledge of the previous major gundam projects, he was the biggest supporter and influence on Project H(inode), and remained paranoid all the way to the launch ceremony. Appearance:

Not even minutes after he walked away, he received a page on his mobile radio. 'All clear', according to Katami. He slid it back into his jacket before finished with the guest list. The Captain made the announcement to move into the other room, and that was Taiki's queue to move towards the staging area. While he hadn't piloted in years, he was in charge of the mobile suits. Haruzuko had tried to get him capable of piloting again, but everytime he did he'd breakdown in minutes. It wasn't easy getting over they death of your squadmates when you were the reason.
Now he had to address the new Taeru pilots and remind them of proper procedure during the ceremony. It's not like they would be moving much and half were going to be assigned to other ships outside of the shipyard with the Uzumi's maximum of 12 mobile suits. This was just the first production batch, moved here from the Ame-no-Mihashira station once the Fujin was entering the final construction stages. He saw a group of the Taeru pilots ahead of him so he placed the folders inside his uniform jacket.
Name: Ryuu Taiki (23) Genetic Type: Coordinator Rank: Lieutenant Position: Uzumi Nara XO Background & Personality: Ryuu was an orphan at the age of 7, and since his parents customized his appearance , he wasn't adopted for a few years. As a Coordinator, he was advanced in schooling, but was ridiculed by natural children and their parents who condoned coordinators. He joined the military of Orb sometime after the events of Bloody Valentine in fear of Orb's inclusion as the war dragged on. While he was acceptable as an Astray pilot, his suit was destroyed on the first day of fighting and he choose to become a crewmen instead. Serving with a man named Hazuko, he was able to survive the first and second Bloody Valentine wars. He gained the rank of Lieutenant with Hazuko's personal request for him to be his XO on the Uzumi Nara.
Ryuu believes deeply in Orb's motto, but also thinks if someone has the ability to help others, they should whether it involves them or not. With the shock of his experience, he gets shaky when piloting a mobile suit. He also holds a grudge against Blue Cosmos for his parent's death. He often listens to music to calm himself down, or concentrate. Appearance:

Yaichiro, when he heard the announcement, went to the staging area with the other pilots. He actually had to wear his piloting jumpsuit under his uniform to make it in time, having not expected this particular arrangement. He had little idea that Blue Cosmos pilots were involved as he left the hangar, and lined up...thankful that the jumpsuit didn't show under his uniform. At least it would make it quicker changing into his pilot suit. He considered if he should just go ahead and wear it regularly if it didn't get too hot to tolerate.
He prepared to come to attention when a superior arrived.
Name: Yaichiro Kage, 20 Genetic Type: Coordinator Rank: Lieutenant, Junior Grade Position: Uzumi Nara Mobile Suit Pilot Background & Personality: Having lost his family during the First Bloody Valentine War and having no other prospects in spite of his fine academics, Yaichiro signed up for the Orb military to help deter a second invasion of Orb when he finished school. He realized that little had been settled with permanence in the conflict and soon found his fears confirmed. Not long after finishing his training, he found himself participating in the Second Bloody Valentine War as a MVF-M11C Murasame Pilot. He proved to be a good all-purpose pilot, having a predisposition for ranged combat but refusing to let his melee skills suffer as a result. His actions during the war promoted him a grade and would eventually see him assigned to the Uzumi Nara. Appearance:

Things were going smoothly for the Loyalists. With their agents inside, they would wait for the ceremony to reach a climax before acting. The opportunities this attack provided also included the assassination of the Natural leaders of Orb and the Earth Alliance, as well as infamous Lacus Clyne, the traitor to the Coordinators. Patrick Zala was correct to condemn her father and her, as the Naturals showed their true face when they fired the Requiem cannon at the PLANTs. Now the Zala Loyalists could finish what Zala started, but they would have to wait for their chance, as she still had guards around her including a White uniform. The Orb leader would be the easiest target to finish off, he'd be at the podium in plain sight. They could only hope there wouldn't be any interference between the start of the fight, and the arrival their mobile suit reinforcements...

Haken let out a sigh as he waited in the cockpit of his Buster Dagger. The Buster Dagger stood at the bow of one of the Drake Class as to conserve power. Haken's job was simple, protect the Ghost of Cosmos Girty Lue class ship as it extracted the troops who had infiltrated the conference location. "I wonder when the party is going to begin.", murmured Haken to himself. The thrill of battle which he had been without for so long was returning to him as he thought about a possible third war starting.
Name: Haken Kasukabe (19) Genetic Type: Carbon Human Rank: Civilian Position: Mercenary Background & Personality: Haken was a former member of Serpent Tail who joined just before the Second Bloody Valentine War started. Growing up in Orb he grew up very nonchalant about things. He didn't care about genetic discrimination and found that picking a side was pointless as you would be forced to think that other genetic type needed to be exterminated. He also found it pointless to stay neutral and not fight at all soon enough when Orb was attacked during the First Bloody Valentine. In the end he found that becoming a mercenary seemed the most simple as the continuous switching of sides depending on the job kept neutrality without being too much of a target. Experiencing battle through countless of jobs for Serpent Tail Haken developed his skills quite well. Shortly after the end of the Second Bloody Valentine he was capture by Librarian Works and had his body used to make a Carbon Human though who exactly he was duplicated from is unknown however his skills did end up improving greatly. Despite this he managed to keep all his memories because of a malfunction during the process. He fought at the side of Librarian Works before switching sides to help end Librarian Works. Shortly after he quit Serpent Tail officially and made a name for himself during the time of peace. Appearance:

Name: Lord Hiroshi Mochizuki (62) Genetic Type: Natural Rank: civilian / Orb Prime Minister Position: The current Prime Minister of the Orb Union Background: Lord Hiroshi Mochizuki, The head of the Mochizuki Noble family which is one of the 5 aristocracy noble families that rule Orb. He is the current prime minister of the Orb Union and succeeded former late Prime Minister Yuna Roma Seiran. He has one son and daughter. He was a neutral hardliner back during the first Bloody Valentine War and always agreed with Lord Uzumi. During the final days of the first war, Orb was lost to the Earth Alliance.
