Body: A very light blue with a gray underbelly and darker blue stripes. Pretty much like the plushies, but with a different approach to the stripes please possibly less animal like and more stylized like swirls.
Face: The eyes have black sclera (the eye whites) and a dark blue fading to a lighter blue and the big mouth of the ulun'suti with the blue spots like stitches across the upper lip. Other than that the plush refs are a great guide.
Mane: CC for style though the colors of the plush if you can.
Tail: the long Cat tail from the skinwalkers template if possible, if not CC what ever fits the odd tail the plush has.
Hooves/Fetlocks: Canine paws, the light blue with the darker blue stripes and claws.

Body: All the main body to be red, back and leg scales to be dusty black/grey and belly scales, plus the scales on her shoulders to be dusty purple colour. (See references)
Face: Eyes are to be solid gold and framed in purple.
Mane: No main.
Tail: Scaled Suti tail is to be red in colour, scales on top are dusty black/grey and underside scales to be dusty purple. Stinger club at the end is to be dusty black/grey.
Hooves/Fetlocks: Full set of (four) clawed Hippo claws, with Suti and Hippo leg scales (if possible). Scales are to be dusty black and the actual flesh underneath to be red. Claws themselves to be black.

Horn(s): Describe Horn(s) - ‘Suti smooth horns, face spikes and ear frills. If possible two smaller smooth horns just below the others, like Alexstrasza has.
Wings: Describe Wings - ‘Suti frilled wings with scales.
Fins: Describe Fins - If possible to use the spiny neck fin from the kelpi templates, flip it and place it on her throat to look like the frills on Alexstrasza.
Scales: Describe Scales - back, belly, leg and tail scales from the ‘Suti templates.

Other Notes: Leg spurs and raptor claws from the ‘Suti templates. Front spiny leg fins from the Kelpi templates and also if possible the spiny ear fins shrunk and used as cheek frills. Big jaw and mouth from the ‘Suti templates.

Trading Post Items: Gem binder from the feathered cape to be hung from her chin by chains (tabard templates shrunk and shorten, is possible). Gem is to be purple like that in the references and framed in gold. Also one gem binder shrunk and used as earrings on either ear. Also the gold bangles worn by Alexstrasza I will leave with you to see how you can work them as able, maybe the plain armband used where possible.

This is a completely CC soquili. The theme. This soq must either be a superhero or supervillain. I am creating two teams. The Soquili League of Avengers and the Injustice Brotherhood. The plan is to have each colorist make a soq for one of them.
These soq can take on influences from existing heros or villains, but must be a new characters, not cosplays.
I prefer not to have overly human clothes, like body suits or shirts.
Does this soq have any powers or special skills? maybe he has ice powers... maybe she can turn invisible... maybe he can hack the pentagon's servers in two seconds, or uses his horns to make a sling shot that he fires with his tail *cough*thatwouldbehilarious*cough*
