Shin'nara arrived early in the gym and went up into the indoor track and she started to stretch. Her flexibility was astounding as she warmed up her muscles. Once done she then took some weights out of her bag and strapped the 10lb ones onto each wrist and the 15lb ones onto each of her ankles. Now she started a quick jog and after 4 laps Shin'nara started to speed up. At each half way turn in the rack Shin'nara would start to fight invisible opponents before smoothly returning to her fast pace.

After waking up late, Akira was slow in getting out of his house. Since the New Years, things have been awkward. Although he rarely met them before that night, he felt odd meeting Zivva or Esme since then. For now, he tried to get his mind off them by focusing on his job. After walking to Fiddle's, he made his way to his office to finish some papers before walking around the buildings. Only a few people were there, already working on their various exercise routines. Even some of the staff were working or preparing for training, he could recall them from their pictures when he first took up the job.

It's been two weeks. Two weeks since the events on the beach. Sitting in one of the guest chairs in the manager's office, Akira was going over the events in his head. He really had no idea what was going on that evening, and even after returning to normal shortly after he didn't feel up to meeting any one he knew, keeping to himself. It was selfish of him, but he really didn't know how else to deal with the situation. Letting out a sigh, he stood up. "Maybe a walk..." he mumbled. He began to walk around the Gym, checking on each area but mostly to get his mind occupied. Sticking to one incident like this wasn't like him at all.

After waking up early this morning, Aislinn had decided to head to the gym since she was in need of working out for the day. She had quickly changed into her workout outfit and head straight to Fiddle's Gym. As she was nearing the gym, the pinkette couldn't help but noticed who grey the sky was and she began to pray that hopefully it wouldn't rain while she was exercising. As she entered the gym, Aislinn looked around to see if there was anyone at the cash register so she could pay for using a everyday pass which would only cost her $5, which in her opinion wasn't that much money at all. It was actually a steal in her opinion. As soon as someone came over to her while she waited at the cash regiester, Aislinn couldn't help but smile softly as she payed. Once she had payed, the young woman head towards the treadmills where she would start her work out. Before she actually got onto the treadmill, the shaman began to do her stretches in order to make sure she wouldn't injury herself as she ran. As she was stretching, Aislinn couldn't help but notice that she was so far the only person working out in the gym. "I wonder where everyone could be. I would have thought that it would have been a bit busy." She whispered to herself before getting onto the treadmill and started off a walking pace before she would go up in speed.

He was stumbling more than walking around the gym. After checking the weather outside, and seeing it was still a bleak grey, returned inside the gym. "Doesn't look like anyone will be out here..." he mumbled to himself. Only a couple of people appeared to actually be using the gym, so the new years rush must be over by now. Oh well, they already got their money. A few might come in every now and then, but it would mostly be the regular exercise nuts now. Even in the large indoor area, only one person was there on the treadmill.

Another day spent at the gym, working. By now it had become habit to deal with everything he had to as a manager. Filing paperwork was boring and having to deal with certain visitors was annoying but he was able to run the place smoothly. He'd met the staff he worked with one by one, although his additude probably didn't give the best first impression. It improved a little, although he was hesitant to mention the new years event. It was more out of embarassment than anything else, which was odd for him. Thankfully, working in his office, he didn't have to worry about remembering it, except when he thought about it himself...

Ray had been into work earlier, but she needed to go back, despite how late it was. She thinks she may have left her phone here somewhere! As well as a yoga mat. The latter was easy to find, but what about her phone? Someone could've stolen it! Wouldn't that be wonderful? Great...

She only had to walk around for a minute or two on the gym floor to find her burgundy yoga mat; it was rolled up next to a bench. With that item down, where could her phone be? She walked around for a few minutes, searching, but she still couldn't find it! Wait, maybe the manager could help her! He could check the lost and found or help her look! Ray quickly found him and went up to him, "Hey, boss, do you think you could help me look for my phone? I've been going around, but I can't seem to find it.." She said, rubbing her arm a little sheepishly. Ray still isn't exactly good with talking to new people!

In the middle of paperwork, head resting on one arm, Akira looked up when someone called him 'boss'. "Huh? Oh, Ray. Sure, one second." He finished on the paper he had before standing up. Ray was one of the personal trainers, and she had an early session today. "Have you checked the lost and found yet?" he asked, leading the way out of the office and to the Lost And Found. "When do you think you might lost track of it?"

The sound of padding on padding echoed through the gym as a tall, amazonian blonde struck the hanging heavy bag, keeping her center tight and guard up like a professional fighter
Poompoompoom Three more rapid strikes with full weight thrown behind them before Sheila gripped the bag and thrust her knee dead center where a human's diaphragm would be.
The statuesque woman hopped back a half step, golden hair bounding around her shoulders as she constantly shifted and bounced on the balls of her bare feet. She was in good form today, her mind was clear and muscles strong but not too tight save for the core muscles and abs. Those looked to be carved of solid marble from the sheer amount of work the blonde put into them, it may have been something approaching hubris but Sheila was very proud of her body and liked to show it off from time to time. case in point, the skimpy ish sports bra she wore that girded her top half and left her stomach and back muscles open for all to see , while the white bottoms she wore fit her lower half snugly without restricting her movements and still put emphasis on her butt for anyone who cared to look.

Sheila, now pumped just through her workout, shifted her weight to one leg and delivered a quick and hard round kick that knocked the stand holding the heavy bag off its balance where it tottered for a moment before clanging noisily back into place where the tall blonde caught it and held the bag in place while panting lightly to catch her breath.
