"Hell yeah, we've been doing great." Holding up her hand, Mr. B gave her digits an affirmative head boop. "Actually, if things are same-y when we get back, I've got some stuff to go over with you."
At Sunday's explanation America's head darts up, her smile flaring vibrantly as hope surges up and strengthens further. They're gonna fix this. Sunny will be okay and then maybe they can talk, maybe about something stupid and maybe about what it's like to be left behind.
Turning back to Rylan, she comments, voice low, "Sounds like we're patching up folks memories or something."
Catching Chel's gaze for a moment, the redhead gestured toward Jack and waggled her eyebrows, mouthing, That one of them?

"Stuff?" Rylan echoed, half distracted by Sunday's words. Imp hopped the short distance from America's shoulder onto his head, settling down and pecking his hair reassuringly as he frowned.
"Are those... memories, I guess, going to help us patch the tears?" he asked, thinking back to the times when the past had leaked into the present. That old ID of his that now sat in his wallet, that trip to the Library where a baby Sunny had clung to him and called him Papa. He remembered all those, of course, but they hadn't pointed him toward anything. They just were.
"Let's hope things are better, not worse, when we get back, huh," he said with a dry smile, turning back to America. To be honest, he wasn't entirely sure it was a matter of when they got back, but if.

"Well, I'm gon' go." She looked at Mercer and frowned a bit. Preacher had expected him to boldly charge and when he didn't... she swallowed. "Okay, other Suns, jus' point me in the right direction, tell me what the ******** ta do. But... if none o' this is real..." She gestured to the books and s**t around them. "- then is out 'there' real? Does what we do here make a difference?" An unreal place leading to a real kind of didn't make sense, but since this was all tied to rainy bull-s**t land, she couldn't say she was surprised.
If fixing the veil had the side effect of fixing Sunny, then Preacher was for it. It was kind of hard to care about weird chasms in the rock, but a person... That was easy to care about. Plus, she'd told Sunny she could save the world, or some anime s**t like that. She edged over to Mercer.
"Hey, boss, why're you stayin'?" Then turned to quickly pick out Jordan nearby. "N' you - you goin'? You're down here anyway, so...."

"And what if we're already dead?" Temperance said idly towards Marcus, though her attention had largely been turned towards Sunday. She hovered near Zac, of course, keeping an eye out on the familiar faces she saw in the room. Jack, Connor, Lily (she waved to the girl - she was always seeing Lily in unexpected places. Temperance wasn't quite sure why it always surprised her.), other people she was less than fond of.
The things Sunday was saying: it sounded like everything could be fixed by reinstating the three pillars. They were all dead now, though, and so many wanted this cage to collapse that they never thought of potential consequences. "So how do we fix that weave, then?" Fix the weave, patch up the rifts with some supernatual duct tape. If she could manage to make it through without anyone dying, that'd be great.
"Do you think fixing it would mean... getting another three?" She said softly, to Zac.

If there was a way for Jamie to know, beyond being told, that his thoughts were traveling, it wouldn't even have embarrassed him now the way it would've any other time. In the void with nothing but silence and stars it was hard to feel worried about one thing or another because even if they were dead, even if this was the end, he was at peace. What he thought of Shiloh was what he felt, those feelings weren't a lie. Once this was over, it would probably be a different story, because Jamie was still easily embarrassed. As it were, they landed in someone's house and his attention shifted all over again.
There was a sympathetic smile on his face as he turned to Oliver, meaning to answer as best he could even if he hardly knew the entirety of what was going on. It was obvious he was confused. Jamie may have told him about Other Ashdown, about magic in brief and what had happened to both himself and Shiloh, but he'd presumably never experienced it firsthand like this.
"Well-" he started, except he was immediately cut off by cries of you guys are ******** stupid. "W-Wait, what??" Now he looked to Shiloh for answers, then back to Oliver, to Shiloh, to Oliver. "I-I can explain?" it was more a question than a statement.
Or, well, even if Jamie couldn't rightly explain, the woman called Sunday did so for him. It wasn't exactly the easiest thing to understand, but it was something. "Repair the veil..." he whispered, glancing around the room with furrowed brows at new and familiar faces alike.

"It isn't that I don't want to, Preacher," Jeremiah replies with a look, "but that given Sunny's reaction to my magic," despite that it came from her; that she screamed and everything broke further as it went to her, "and a few other things, it may be better that I maintain holding the way open for you and others to be able to come back."
He was, more so than others, steeped in the very magic of what they were apart of. Sometimes that was a bad thing.
"Besides ..." Jeremiah looks upward into the void above them, to where Sunny is still at. "She's still up there and I need to be on this side to do something if necessary." He looks back towards Preacher and there's an odd look on his face: the look of a man who knows too much and may have to do something no one else wants to do. It wasn't a deal Sunny took but he said he would.
He tilts his head slightly, looking to his husband and then to Preacher. "What you do where you go makes all the difference because it's as real as you are now." Perception. "So when you go through and do what is needed, don't hesitate."

"Well, I am going to go, for sure." Juniper finally piped in. With Jeremiah opting to stay behind, she knew the way would be kept open for them. Plus, though she didn't necessarily know his husband, Alg, he seemed like a level headed guy. Though, from the sounds of it, he may get a wee bit distracted by all the books? That thought made Juniper grin to herself.
Some people looked like they wanted to stand around and talk about logistics of....everything? Juniper was just ready to get things moving. For some reason, the thought that this place wasn't really existing made her wonder where they actually were? Were they all just....standing in a black void? Was there more to it?
She stopped that train of thought. It wasn't going to help matters.
The sound of a voice she hadn't heard in a few weeks caught her attention and Juniper looked around for the man she knew it belonged to. It didn't take long for her to lay eyes on Marcus and she slipped her way through surrounding bodies to get to his side. "Well, hello, hello." She smiled at him. "Fancy running into you here." She didn't make any movements that suggested the two of them were anything more than friends despite their last run in. Though, if she could steal a kiss, she certainly damn well would. There was just something about kissing him...
