"I can't be the one to comfort her, if what you told me is true, then I'm probably at the very top of her s**t list" Jumping from tree to tree gracefully Xerath was following a certain scent that was stuck on Yuki like a damn parasite. He knew exactly who it belonged to, Xerath was no fool, and his nose was always right. "No, but this isn't for me it's for Yuki. I can't bare seeing her in tears. Thats why I decided to help that p***k death..." Reaching an open field, Xerath stopped his movement silently on top of the final set of trees surrounding the area. "There he is..." Bitting down on his lips in anger Xerath continued watching the individual train for a few more minutes. He looked exhausted, yet full of energy and determination, which angered Xerath even more. He usually attributes Determination to idiots who refuse to give up when there is no hope, but for some reason it suited this 'fool'.

"I could kill him right now and no one would know. Cheater's death would make quick work of him..." He wanted nothing more right now than to get rid of him, to him he was the reason Yuki refused to be with him and he hated him for it. Jumping down from the tree Xerath placed his hands in his pockets and made his way to Cal. "Hey douche, You're disturbing the peace...Don't you have someone to comfort?" Xerath curled his hands into fists, as his expression changed from bitting anger into a serious scowl. "Who the hell do you think you are? How dare you make her cry..."

Hearing his eyes being complimented, and seeing how friendly his 'enemy' was made Xerath even angrier, but in other ways, ways he had a hard time explaining to himself. Relaxing his tense expression which now showed annoyance rather than pure hatred. Xerath relaxed his clinched hands as the thoughts of killing him slowly faded away, as they should. "Why am I even here?" Xerath didn't know why he came here, did he want to see who 'stole' Yuki? Did he want to kill him? Or did he simply want to see....

Xerath heard the reason for not being there for Yuki and caught the glimpse of worry the 'thief' showed while speaking. Being the trickster was a curse, but it had a lot of good perks, one being detail reading. Xerath was a master at reading people and that emotional glitch showed this guy's true feelings towards Yuki. Cal loved her...But it was still nothing compared to what he felt for her. "Do you even know what you said to her? Do you realise how you made her feel? When she just rejected me for your sake! She..." Xerath forced himself to stop before going any further. He needed to check himself before he says something he might regret later on.

Xerath kept quiet as Cal spoke the rest of his piece getting slight irritated by his statements and questions, specificly the crying one. Xerath honestly could only remember her crying twice, he was never mean to Yuki, they'd have fights and arguments but they'd usually end with Xerath apologising and getting a punishment or two. "If you want to know what happened between us ask Yuki, she'll tell you what she knows...and I've seen her cry twice...Both times we ended up going our separate ways..." Xerath wasn't going to say anything else regarding his past relationship with Yuki, he didn't care enough for him to tell him. But he was going to give him his word. "Listen to me carefully because I'll only say the following once. I'll always try and get Yuki back, so this won't happen again. The next time something like this occurs I'll be there taking her away, and thats not a threat it's a promise." Xerath was ready to leave, but first he wanted to hear what Cal had to say.

Cal's smile didn't have any affect on Xerath, but he felt the honesty radiating from his genuine words. He might not like him, but Cal was an honest individual. Something Xerath knows a lot about and greatly appreciates. But when the dreaded question of the regret was asked Xerath instantly remembered the one and only lie he ever told Yuki a few hours ago. "But I only have one regret, and that's my pride. On that damn day, I didn't try to stop you, It never crossed my mind that you would leave me." Xerath's lowered his head in slight shame. He did what he promised himself he'd never do and now it'll be in the back of his mind forever "No, my choice of words and actions saved her life...I regret nothing." Yuki was his test, he needed to drive her away. For her sake. But After abandoning his duty and rejecting his "Destiny" and "Family" Xerath was free, so in his mind everything would go back to normal.

Xerath listened closely to what Cal was saying he could tell he meant what he was saying, but it didn't sit well with the blonde. His words was full of conviction and truth, it solidified that getting Yuki back was going to be the hardest task he's ever going to accomplish. He simply nodded showing that he won't backdown as well. Xerath thought their conversation was over and turned to leave, then he heard that word 'But' which caused him to stop. "Everything I've ever done is for her sake...So if she rejects me again I'll give her what she wants. I'll go back home and let her live her life..." With that Xerath walked back into the forest. "Final words of advice, don't be nice to her father...She's in Will-o'-the-Wisp Pathway...Go to her, and we never met..."
