Cute. Felix chuckled then, resting his face on his hand as he watched Jae bury his face. His cig long forgotten. He took a deep sigh “Yeah… well me too it seems.” Just stating so bluntly.

“Sorry can’t help who I am. Teasing you however must be my new hobby.” Felix took the opportunity to scoot over, moving the notebook over onto his other side for the time being. He didn’t touch him, just closed the gap, leaning back putting an arm on the back of the bench to lean in. He leaned in just enough to speak softly though not a whisper. If Jae couldn’t tell he was right there he would be surprised. “Wanna go on a date?” He was serious but also partly asking a this moment to see if he could gain another reaction, he found it very enchanting.

There was no way Felix could smile any wider, he was not disappointed. Jae’s current disposition just fueled his desire to make the vampire host before him turn red even more. He couldn’t miss it now; it was blatantly clear to him that he had caused this. “I wouldn’t have asked if I didn’t, I don’t usually date. But for you I would.”

Once his mind was set, that was that. Felix would try again if he wasn’t up for it now. He also liked the fact Jae was so not like his role at LUX. This is what he was missing, he thought, something more real and in the moment. Everyone to him played a role out there trying to impress in one way or another but not showing their true selves. “You know you’re real cute all rosy.” Brushing a knuckle along Jae’s jawline. “So, what do you say?”

Violet eyes never broke away, relaxed and confident he was, this was him. He began to wonder if he’d get an answer though, maybe it was too much teasing, Jae looked about to combust. “What do you mean what kind of Date? You know the ones where you take someone out, like to eat or a movie, somewhere fun.” He sat straighter, only then to look away, needing the space for the moment for demonstration purposes.

“Holds hands,” He took his Jae’s hand in his and wove their fingers together. “Go on walks, talk, and then even.” Using his free hand, he took Jae’s chin like he did that first night. “You know, kiss.” He closed the distance, placing a soft kiss briefly on his lips. He pulled away, searching Jae’s face for an answer. “That kind of date.”

Felix responded in kind to the kiss Jae gave him back. He hadn't quite accounted for that to happen. It was well received even if a surprise. He smirked at the answer pleased. "Great."

Squeezing Jae's hand lightly before letting go returning it, he stood, and slid the notebook back over. Felix was trying to keep a line, he without a doubt needed to keep for himself mainly, under the seemingly calm exterior his reasoning wanning. "Same time next week?"

Felix towered over him, impulse winning. He bent down hand weaving through Jae's hair grasping his nape. Just one more he thought. Capturing Jae's lips for a passionate parting gift. "I'll come get you from work if I have to." He warned playfully, releasing him.

After the last meeting Felix looked forward to tonight, a week wasn't that long but the time seemed to pass slower than normal as he countered the days.

Grabbing only what he'd need Felix head out grabbing a leather coat, shrugging it on as he went. He was done up a little nicer than normal but that only read in the button up and very loose tie he had. Sporting the leather coat and some biker boots to keep it somewhat casual as well.

He left his hair down still slightly damp from a shower having only combed his hands through it and back for it to dry on its own. It would have a subtle wave when it did. Only to flatten more as time went on.

He made his way toward the one place he needed to be, LUX. He realized he never said when exactly to meet but he'd wait around. On the way he ran into a few others he knew as they tried to get him join them at another joint, brushing them off lightly saying he was busy. Some jeered jokingly as he past up the offer.

He made a pit stop at the garden, plucking a rose this time paying more mind of the thorns plucking them off as he went. He didn't really have a plan set, just some ideas he tossed around for the whole week he waited.

He had arrived, looking at the grand doors of the establishment moving on to side to keep out of the way and leaned on the wall to wait. Grabbing his smokes to pass the time and idly twirling to rose at his side.

He hadn't had to wait long. He sideglanced with a half smile pushing off the wall as he abandoned the remains of his light. "Hey beautiful." Stepping up to Jae cutting the stem of the rose shorter, he hadn't planned to but since Jae sported a partial updo an idea presented itself. "For you," He stated, but instead of handing it to him he reached out to stick it in his hair and admired his work.

He didn't expect anything less for Jae's attire. Another tick in his mental notes of things he liked about him. "Yeah I'm ready." He offered his hand. "I'll admit I don't have much of a plan. This is as far as I got." He admitted with an easy laugh. "Shows how much I date I guess." Which was, well he didn't, this would be his first one officially. "If you want we can eat somewhere. Plenty places around." He thought about it a bit. He forgot where it was he was invited and wanted to steer clear if they ended up at a more lively place.

Felix bent his arm tucking a hand in his pocket subconsciously squeezing Jae’s hand against him reassuringly between his arm and side. “Getting to you was the easy part. The rest…” He tossed his free arm in the air at a loss as he began to mull over some options. He could go for anything really, he went where he was dragged.

After taking an abnormally long time to think about it a few places struck him. “I like a good barbecue and any place that does a la carte, you know the ones where you order a few different items, each pretty large, and it’s like your own buffet to share?” Those were always fun, made it easier to try different things as well.

“Or if you rather we could just go for something…sweet?” He could do either, or both.

"I know of one." Not so far but a little away from the buzzing night life of clubs and bars there was a smaller establishment that catered to smaller groups or individuals. Felix had been there alone a few times, a place he liked to go to reset. It was nice-ish. It wasn't no fine dining.

The place attempted an atmosphere of pseudo ritz in the decor and design, which gave a perfect excuse of dressing up without feeling out of place.

He led the way silent until they arrived, opening the door for Jae, following him in and returning to his side to guide him by the small of his back. Finding a corner half booth he was familiar with. They would have to sit next to each other.

"Hope this is alright." There was a short menu on the table listing a few common combos of items and if there any inviduals extras they wanted and drinks.
