On vacation and just judging from my phone, sorry this isn't cute and is abbreviated haha.
Faith: 82.5 This is a cute look, white shirt is a little too close to the skin tone though and legs also look odd
excites: 73.75 Brandie looks pretty, the goal was to make her disappear and she does, but not enough. There is a weird sliver of leg, like a knee, that throws things off.
Mew: 58.75 Goal was cozy, goal was achieved. This is a lazy look though. I know she was busy and things, but this just isn’t enough at this stage.
Princess: 80 Colors are great on Raine and being out her eyes, kind of messy and I’m very distracted by whatever is on her hand that is touching her face.
Detri: 86.25 This is great and feels alive, but the outfit feels a little dark and heavy, especially when the description talks about her being girlier. And is that a duck attached to the sock on her starry leg?
bloodangel95: 80 There was a ton of work put into building this outfit but I’m not sure it was enough, and I just don’t get enough autumn. I do really like the yellow eye shadow though.

Challenge #8: Freaky Friday on Project Catwalk!
Description: Designers, I hate to be the one to inform you, but it seems like something has happened with the models. Maybe it is some lingering magic from Halloween, we are working on figuring out what happened. But for this challenge you have to use your model as she is: with the body of another model! To put it simply, you will all be using a different model this week. All has been randomly assigned, you will find your new model below. We want to see you embrace your new model and dress them in an autumnal look. Best of luck everyone! Due Date: Nov 9th
FaithEmblem — LuzEunwoo = 72.5% (Total Score: 29) Style:7 • Creativity:6 • Motif:7 • Description:9 Comments: Always nice to see a fall girl aesthetic be a motif. The ugg boots, flannel, and the pumpkin spice latte. Faith did good in highlighting and enhancing Eunwoo's distinct features. The look itself is rather solid, given what Faith's going for. It's not bad, but it's not giving me life. And at this point in the stage, it's also not enough to just have good motif and description. Creativity and styling matter too. Similar notes to mew, it's a cute fall girl aesthetic, but it's a fall girl aesthetic. Give me more than this, please.
excites — SerenaBrandie = 100% (Total Score: 40) Style:10 • Creativity:10 • Motif:10 • Description:10 Comments:THIS IS IT FOR ME!!! This is the excites that I fell in love with in week 1. This entry is so right up my alley. It resonates with me on such a deep level. Goddess, ethereal, beauty. I am so into this entry. Brandie's giving us an autumnal goddess, working her magic to make the fall season the best. The garment, with the background, and the makeup all works so harmoniously, it's gaggy. So stunning. This is 10's, 10's, 10's all across the board for me.
the purple mew — EunwooSerena = 67.5% (Total Score: 27) Style:7 • Creativity:6 • Motif:5 • Description:9 Comments: I solely believe that if mew had more time to work on her entry, she would've turned out a much better entry than this. It only reads autumnal because of the background, but it's just a sleepwear look. It's a cute sleepwear look, but it's a sleepwear look. Dare I say, this is the best entry I've seen mew make, stylistically. But comparing this entry with the others, it doesn't hit like I wanted it to.
Princess Warfare — BrandieRaine = 82.5% (Total Score: 33) Style:8 • Creativity:8 • Motif:9 • Description:8 Comments: First thing that came to mind when I saw this entry is ANTM autumnal photoshoot. That dress worked so perfectly with Brandie's pose and the scenery. The dress draping down the chair? Stunning. Raine's working that garment out, and I live for it. The look itself is giving autumnal, without it being blatantly obvious autumn. The garment feels light and flowy, almost reminiscent of a summer dress. Given the intention, job well done. And that color looks so nice on Raine. Overall, a solid job from Princess.
Detrimentum — ErynLuz = 80% (Total Score: 32) Style:8 • Creativity:7 • Motif:9 • Description:8 Comments: With Luz's features, the color scheme of the outfit that Detri chose works perfectly with Luz. It's a cute and solid outfit that Detri made. The layers are layering, and we love to see it. Nothing about this entry is blowing my mind, but it's not bad by any means. It hits the mark, the outfit looks good and it works great on Luz. Detri's been keeping it consistent, which I'm into. She knows how to work with different models, so that's something the others should look out for.
BloodAngel95 — RaineEryn = 95% (Total Score: 38 pts.) Style:9 • Creativity:10 • Motif:9 • Description:10 Comments: Come through, references. We love to see it. I see Angel's vision, and it translates well into her entry. Having to balance so many fall colors into one entry is ambitious, and Angel did a good job incorporating all the colors into the entry without it looking cluttered and messy. The outfit itself, I also enjoy. It's hitting those notes of ethereality and goddess-like features that I like to do on my own outfits. Angel knows her references and knows how to pull them off in her entry, and I love her for it. Amazing job.

Challenge #8: Freaky Friday on Project Catwalk!
FaithEmblem — Luz (Eunwoo): 75% S:8 • M:7 • C:7 • D:8 Comments: Here is a more elegant version of 'simple' and cute'. Honestly, as an overall picture, I must admit that Eunwoo looks quite adorable. The simple, little details of the picture are what bring it to life for me, such as the flush on the cheeks and nose, the summer dress, paired with some back- up flannels and boots, etc. It paints a believable picture, while staying true to the colour scheme.
excites — Serena (Brandie): 80% S:9 • M:8 • C:7 • D:8 Comments: Nom nom pretty nom! Okay, so this is ******** stunning. The overall image just sucks me in!! I can't help it ... this is my aesthetic. Even with the Autumnal theme, it's not quite boring, as the centrepiece is meant to be the green, which I feel stands out beautifully. That being said, it is quite simple looking, and no matter how much I hate to admit it, I feel like this look could have been achieved with ANY Model. As fell, I am not digging the two photos. One would have done the trick.
the purple mew — Eunwoo (Serena): 58% S:5 • M:6 • C:5 • D:7 Comments: While I appreciate Mew branching out and trying other Autumnal themes, I'm not digging this. It might paint a pretty picture, but it's not what captivates me in an avatar contest. If you're going for 'cute', you need to have an element of the unexpected to land that 'cute'. And if you're going for an unexpected colour scheme, you need to wow with colour balance. And if you want a 'simple' look, you need to make it extraordinarily beautiful. This didn't really do any of those. It was off the mark.
Princess Warfare — Brandie (Raine): 80% S:7 • M:7 • C:9 • D:9 Comments: I can feel Princess' excitement with every word she wrote, and she had some very creative ways of bringing this to life. However, the traditional Autumnal look — I'm over it. I do like her colour balance, and use of space, even if it's hard to distinguish at times. It might have been a good idea in this situation to add another colour — perhaps a softer pink to compliment the the peach/salmon tones. Overall, it's a pretty image.
Detrimentum — Eryn (Luz): 88% S:9 • M:8 • C:9 • D:9 Comments: This was a great entry to kick off our Freaky Friday! Truly, I think that Detri had a vision, and saw it to completion. I will say that I'm already bored of traditional Autumnal, so I didn't give it phenomenal marks in Motif, but I DO think it was carried out beautifully and creatively. I also really love the variety expressed in the colour pallet, which is a bit more wide for usual Autumnal colours. The addition of dark brown was a very welcome surprise, as it offset the very pale colours of Luz.
BloodAngel95 — Raine (Eryn): 73% S:6 • M:8 • C:7 • D:8 Comments: Blood would have had a higher score, if not for showing us her inspiration avatar, which was (IMO) much better than her own entry. That being said, I DO appreciate the subversion with the colour pallet, and I like the ongoing Motif of foliage. Still, regarding the background and some of the leaves, I feel the colour balance is a bit off. And the yellow eyeshadow is atrocious. But it's still a cute entry.

FaithEmblem ✧ Eunwoo ✧ 76.25%
Style:6.5 • Motif:10 • Creativity:6 • Description:8 Comments: Overall, I think this is a pretty cute look. I do wish a different colored hat had been chosen, however, as this one makes her hair blend in too much. Her simple blush makeup looks good. It is on the simple side; I would have liked to see a little more done with it.
excites ✧ Brandie ✧ 85%
Style:7 • Motif:10 • Creativity:8.5 • Description:8.5 Comments: I absolutely love the direction this was taken and Brandie looks beautiful in these colors. My biggest critique is the brown part of the dress blending in with the background--I'm not sure if that was meant to be part of the whole "could disappear at a moment's notice" vibe or not but either way I'm not really a fan. I love the bottom part of the dress however and the green glow and singular green leaf? Amazing!
the purple mew ✧ Serena ✧ 55%
Style:5 • Motif:5 • Creativity:5 • Description:7 Comments: This look does not read autumnal to me. I get the intent behind it, but I feel like it would have been more successful if it had incorporated colors associated with autumn into the outfit. Demure is just really...not autumn. And while I appreciate the attempt to make the outside autumn-related, that being the only orange in the look, makes it feel too stark and distracting. Would have also liked to see a different colored couch so Serena's hair didn't blend in. It was a cute idea, but I think it could have been executed better.
Princess Warfare ✧ Raine ✧ 63.75%
Style:5 • Motif:6 • Creativity:7 • Description:7.5 Comments: The leg mod paired with the dress and bench ruined this look for me. They don't layer well together at all. I like the colors chosen for this and the outfit looks really cute. I get slight autumn vibes from this, but not much. It feels a lot more summery, from the dress, to the hat, to the sunflowers (which them also being orange instead of yellow is strange). Corn is mentioned in the description, but I don't see any?
Detrimentum ✧ Luz ✧ 91.25%
Style:8 • Motif:10 • Creativity:8.5 • Description:10 Comments: I love t his look! Luz looks so adorable and cozy. The beret was a great choice! My two complaints are that the fur doesn't really feel autumn, more winter, and the silhouette is a little chunky with the coat.
BloodAngel95 ✧ Eryn ✧ 75%
Style:6 • Motif:7 • Creativity:8 • Description:9 Comments: I'm torn on this look. I love the leaf color transition theme going on and the top half of the outfit looks amazing! On the other hand, I don't like the layered dress underneath and I feel like the avatar itself doesn't feel autumnal and that if she were removed from the background, it would feel closer to being off-theme. I also wish the background had been softened somewhat as it's very distracting.

Challenge #9: oO0ooOOo0o ... Shiny Description: Designers, it is my pleasure to tell you that your models have been returned to their rightful bodies, and they've all received invitations to quite the soiree! We want to see them shine in metal and glam, to impress as they walk the carpet. Every paparazzi there should be scrambling to get a picture of your model. Not all that glitters is gold, but your models should shine brightly in whatever color they are wearing. Worry not! To ensure that no two people show up to the event in the same color, everyone has been assigned a color to wear. Can't wait to see the ladies all dressed up!
FaithEmblem — Luz = 70% (Total Score: 27) Style:8.5 • Creativity:8 • Motif:3 • Description:7.5 Comments: I actually love the dress. I love the details that went into the making of it. The silhouette is nice, and I love the makeup and accessory choices, which add a lot to the entry. I would prefer something more on Luz's head, but that's just a personal preference. This would've been a good entry had the background choice been at least in a public setting. Maybe a paparazzi on the red carpet, or any event that involves public attention. Given the prompt, this entry not being in such a setting does dock off points for Faith, which saddens me because I greatly enjoy this entry.
excites — Serena (Black) = 75% (Total Score: 30) Style:8.5 • Creativity:7 • Motif:8.5 • Description:6 Comments: Out of all the red carpet backgrounds, I like this one from excites the most. I think it's the right amount of flashing lights that's doing it for me. Outfit-wise, this is so simple and understated, but chic and elegant. I am in love with the dress itself, and how Serena looks in it. Though, I can't see the headdress at first, maybe a different color would've helped with its visibility. Love the amount of glam and bling the accessories give. I would've loved to see the black eyeshadow under Serena's eyes to give the eye a more smoky effect. Maybe a more modelesque pose with her arms to compliment the dress as well match better with the leg pose. Also maybe a tad more content in the description, but I do love the back shot of the entry.
Princess Warfare — Brandie = 73.75% (Total Score: 29.5) Style:8 • Creativity:7 • Motif:6.5 • Description:8 Comments: I don't get the setting of the background. I can't tell if it's meant to be on stage or on a red carpet. That aside, I find the garment that Brandie's wearing pretty. The dress has a train, which always screams glamour. The headpiece looks nice with the dress. I would've preferred to see just the front shots of the entry as opposed to having all the angles in the entry, seeing as the back shots ruin the ensemble. Overall, I do find the entire entry leaning more towards being bridal than a red carpet look, which is expected, given the chosen color. The dress is beautiful, but I do see this more as being bridal.
Detrimentum — Eryn (Silver) = 75% (Total Score: 30) Style:7 • Creativity:8 • Motif:7 • Description:8 Comments: First thing I blurted out seeing Detri's entry is stunning. This entry is glamour the house down boots. Almost giving Met 2024, with the flowers, but in silver. Love the headpiece and the background choices, it adds a lot to the look. But maybe the filter can go, because it is making the garment look more white than silver. I am not into whatever the gown is giving. It's the sash that's killing what would've been a nice silhouette. It's not flattering. Take that sash off. The skirt is nice and flowy, though, but I just can't get over that sash. All in all, a pretty satisfactory entry with a few caveats, but I live for it regardless.
BloodAngel95 — Raine = 65% (Total Score: 26) Style:7 • Creativity:8 • Motif:3 • Description:8 Comments: I see the reference, and the vision. The entry looks good, for what it is. My main issue lies with the fact that this garment doesn't read "red carpet" but more so "national costume". Knowing the reference, it is meant to be inspired by the sun costumes that contestants wore on Miss Universe, but seeing how grandiose and heavy the outfit looks on Raine, the entry strays away from being a red carpet setting, but more of a pageant setting. I will say that Raine does look good in this yellow ensemble, at least.

FaithEmblem — Luz (Bronze): 85% Style:8.5 • Motif:8 • Creativity:8.5 • Description:9 Comments: I hate the eyes with a passion. They look swollen? Like I appreciate that they bring in bronze (and I can even appreciate the thought behind the lashes) buy I just don't like it. That said...I really love everything else. My first instinct on this look wasn't great, but the more I looked the more I just fell in love. The different background setting was great, felt like Luz was in the party versus the carpet to get in. The green chosen in the background is one of my favorite shades of green, in part because of how well it plays with bronze. Very smart on Faith's part. I love the details in the description about how the look was built, the different cutters used and the like too. I think the dark brown under the lighter brown under the train was a great way to work around the lack of proper bronze on Gaia (or at least bronze that isn't on static weird items). Maybe a touch more bronze jewelry could have been brought in? But that is just a little thing. This look may feel more simple and casual than some of the others, but I think it really works well for Luz and I'm proud of Faith for this look!
excites — Serena (Black): 52.5% Style:8 • Motif:7 • Creativity:1 • Description:5 Comments: Comments: I really hate the red carpet item that three of the designers seemed to choose, especially when the graffiti...whatever is visible. Like here. It is just so distracting to the eye. Which is too bad. The pink bokeh effect is also a little weird for this look, don't think it really goes with the rest of the look. I also find the sparkles pretty distracting and just a bit heavy handed. THAT SAID..this is nice. Would have done different eyebrows, but I like the pose. The description gives me almost nothing. The headdress blends with her hair and just looks messy? I like this less the more and more I look at it, the exact opposite of how I felt about Faith and her look. But there is nothing that feels particularly creative or innovative. I know excites was having a hard time this week and I feel bad for her, but she can do so much better than this.
Princess Warfare — Brandie (White): 75% Style:7.5 • Motif:7.5 • Creativity:7.5 • Description:7.5 Comments: I love Princess, but I think she struggled with this challenge quite a bit. She really likes the eye flash added to the look but I don't. The dress and pose are really beautiful, and I love the detail of the raw gem stone crown to just really start encrusting Brandie in diamonds from the very start. I wish there were more diamonds throughout the look, maybe in jewelry or some kind of corset/belt, just to add a little more dimension and break up some of the vast white expanse of the dress. Even with white being her color, it should be nice and dynamic. I like the red carpet more than I do on Angel's look, I think it is the spot lights at the back versus the city scape that helps it? Could do without the crowd but I do understand them. What I don't understand at all? Whatever blue/yellow thing is off behind her on the left side. Are those flowers? Graffitti? I'm so confused babe, and having so much white the red carpet and blue/yellow curiosity just really pop...in a bad way.
Detrimentum — Eryn (Silver): 95% Style:9 • Motif:10 • Creativity:9 • Description:10 Comments: I know I must be sounding like a broken record at this point, but come on, Detri just keeps on nailing it! This is a beautiful look that absolutely nails the challenge, I especially love the runway chosen to really put us in the moment. And by using one that fades to a faint pink in the back it really brings out her eyes in a beautiful way. There is no doubt that he color theme is silver, and the work put into building the dress is impressive. I'm not sure I love the actual design style of the dress? But it is pretty, and the dark roses up top help emphasize her hair. Just over all an amazing entry, Eryn looks beautiful, excellent description.
BloodAngel95 — Raine (Gold): 57.5% Style:5 • Motif:6 • Creativity:4 • Description:8 Comments: I...was raised that if you don't have something nice to say you should err on not saying anything. But I'm a judge and so sometimes saying not nice things is my job. I find this entry ugly. The antique gold of the headdress feels like it crashes with the bright yellow gold of the dress, the red carpet is more distracting than it is a nice balance to the red stones. I think the white train just looks messy? It doesn't read clearly as a train, and I don't think it was needed. There isn't enough white on the corset to necessitate it. Some of the sparkles layer on her hair in a way that feels messy. Angel made a Miss Universe Sun Look, and brought zero creativity to it. Just did it. Idk, we've seen her just do looks that are lightyears better than this. Description is well written but boring? Like it just..exists. IDK, I feel like I'm being so mean. I just don't like this. I like the dress and just wish there had been more done with it/that shade of gold. What are the wings, and why are they on the back of her neck?

Challenge #10: Death Becomes Her Designers, do you ever think about dying? From true crime podcasts and police procedurals to classic who-done-its and sexy masked killers, death is all around us. We want you to think about all of that and tell us how your model dies. Show us the scene of her demise! How did it happen? Who did it to her? It's up to you to tell us. Be bold though, as you are our final four designers our expectations are high. But remember, these models would never be caught looking unfashionable. Keep them looking good, even in death.
FaithEmblem — Luz: 73.75% Style:7 • Motif:7 • Creativity:7.5 • Description:8 Comments: This is a strong first entry for the challenge! Luz naturally has a very sweet and innocent face, and I'm not sure it really works for this look? Maybe if a lens was broken on the glasses or they were off kilter it would make her look more dazed than sweet? Which I know is a very nitpicky thing, but at this point, that has to be done. The effect of brighter red to darker in her outfit is very impactful and tells the story of blood soaking in, and it is clear she put a lot of thought into the outfit and ensuring it is disheveled just right. I don't see what she talks about in the description with the white tights only showing up in the back views?? And they are very very white in the scene, especially considering where blood is and would be. The exclamation mark is a little hokey. I see the vision, and this is a good look, just not quite there. If Faith doesn't make it into the finale I desperately hope she auditions for cycle 6 because I think she could win it all.
excites — Serena: 72.5% - 10 points for the eyes: 62.5% Style:5 • Motif:8 • Creativity:7.5 • Description:8.5 Comments: She changed her eyes. :.( I commend excites for tackling such a difficult and bold topic, and facing one of her own fears. There is no doubt what killed Serena in this look, and the description is a good one. I even think the outfit is a flattering one, though I can't see too much detail of it. Now on to the...less than happy critique. The blood down the front makes it hard to see the outfit - had the outfit been build with colors that aren't shades of cream then it might have stood out no matter what. And then there's the fact the hair is still perfectly coiffed and clean but the big kicker is the eyes were changed!! If the eyes weren't changed it honestly might have helped the hair not stick out, and vice versa, if you're breaking the rules and changing the eyes then why not add something to the hair too? I'm just really disappointed that the eyes were so so drastically changed. I don't even think it's like an altering item was added to them, I think they are just straight up changed. And even though I like this look for the challenge and have loved so much of what excites has done this competition, that just kills the look for me. Can't wait to see what they bring in future competitions though.
Princess Warfare — Brandie: 75% Style:8 • Motif:5 • Creativity:9 • Description:8 Comments: The dress is a beautiful construction, looks like one solid piece rather than three separate items and I admire that. Death by lion mauling is creative and I like that, but I think this is just a little too pretty sadly. I didn't notice the wound on the torso until I saw it in the item list, and the blood on the face feels more like make up. Where I think Faith and excites had an almost abundance of blood in some ways, Princess needed to add more to Brandie. Show us a wound! I love the idea of the show must go on, Brandie striking a pose before the curtain falls closed and seals her fate with the lion, but she should look closer to death. Broken from the item Masquerade would have added pretty blood to the face, instead of the cloak Armless Method would have left a visible injury but still had the impact of the cute pose. Honestly would have loved if she did exactly this look but added Bloody Organs. That alone would have pushed it beyond the pretty and would feel like the death story she was selling.
Detrimentum — Eryn: 82.5% Style:10 • Motif:7 • Creativity:8 • Description:8 Comments: I am obsessed with this dress that Detri has assembled, it looks like one stunning item and is also one of the prettiest things I've seen on Eryn. This color scheme on her is to die for. I also really like the background chosen and the over all narrative of poisoned wine. The filter over the eyes is smartly used, and this is another look that is unquestionably fashionable, but I'm just not really sure it reads as death. Maybe if it wasn't a shocked hands to her mouth pose the death would read more clearly? Could have been in some kind of broken doll pose to read more like death/dying and then the blood might have looked more blood like than wine. Or maybe it looks wine like because that was the intent, but then it just looks like Eryn was choking cause the wine went down the wrong way when she swallowed rather than it looking like poison. Like this is a lovely aesthetic look, Detri has obviously earned her place in the finale, but this just could have met the theme of death better.
BloodAngel95 — Raine: 80% Style:6.5 • Motif:8 • Creativity:10 • Description:7.5 Comments: I think my issue with this look all comes down to the burning black flowers. The item isn't that large, but it eats up a lot of space in the look. I think if that item was just removed, then we'd see the look a little more and would see more of her burning up. Would be able to see if she was wearing black gloves or if her arms were burning, and I think more ash/burn/whatever could be added. That said...if I ignore those flowers/pretend they aren't there? This is a good look. It is easily the most creative death, and the colors/depth of the entry combination is very satisfying. I like the pose. There are some weird aspects in the dress, corset/skirt disconnect. But I've come around on this look. ...aside from those damn burning black flowers. I think I might be scarred by them if I see them in the future. rofl

Challenge #10: Death Becomes Her
Designers, do you ever think about dying? From true crime podcasts and police procedurals to classic who-done-its and sexy masked killers, death is all around us. We want you to think about all of that and tell us how your model dies. Show us the scene of her demise! How did it happen? Who did it to her? It's up to you to tell us. Be bold though, as you are our final four designers our expectations are high. But remember, these models would never be caught looking unfashionable. Keep them looking good, even in death.
FaithEmblem — Luz = 62.5% (Total Score: 25) Style:5 • Creativity:5.5 • Motif:6.5 • Description:8 Comments: I love the reds in the outfit, it reads blood. Given the prompt, that skirt with the blood drippings is so nice. I love Luz's pose, she looks like she's struggling. The outfit is giving bloody office siren. Very effective. That aside, this is too simple of a styling, in comparison with the other entries. It is a nice styling, but at this stage in the competition, it just doesn't cut it. Also, I'm mainly just bothered by the fact that Luz looks like she's tortured, but not to the point of dying.
excites — Serena = 47.5% (Total Score: 38 / 2 = 19) Style:10 • Creativity:9 • Motif:10 • Description:9 Comments: If this entry doesn't read death, I don't know what will. The excessive amount of blood and violence, yet keeping it stylish, is such a feat, and I commend excites for finding that balance. Description-wise, I think this is excites' best description yet. I love that this entry doesn't shy away from the violence. My heart goes out to the people who lost their loved ones because of gun violence. That aside, here's my main issue with this entry; why the eye change on Serena? crying That is against the body mod rules, and that is unforgivable, especially at this stage in the competition, so I'm halving excites' total scores for this challenge as punishment.
Princess Warfare — Brandie = 62.5% (Total Score: 25) Style:7 • Creativity:7 • Motif:3 • Description:8 Comments: Style-wise, probably the most gorgeous outfit Princess ever made throughout the cycle, in my opinion. Something about the black and that shade of burgundy(?) that just looks so right on Brandie. Maybe something a showgirl-y type of headdress would've helped sell Brandie as a magician's assistant, because not only does her head feel lacking, the outfit itself doesn't read "magician's assistant" either. Not only that, Brandie doesn't look like she's dying or struggling. I needed to see agony and pain depicted in a fashionable way, and Princess only gave us more fashion and less pain. Why wasn't Brandie the one being eaten? Maybe Princess got lost in translation when reading the challenge...
Detrimentum — Eryn = 62.5% (Total Score: 25) Style:8 • Creativity:6 • Motif:4 • Description:7 Comments: Stylistically, gorgeous. Eryn looks stunning. Giving us old money. The setting helps add to that old-money aesthetic, which is nice to see. I love the shadow mods Detri added to give Eryn that expression, which reads what it's supposed to read, shocked. My problem lies with the fact that that's kinda it. Eryn just looks shocked. She looks more mortified than choking. Eryn barely looks struggling, let alone dying. It's lacking that dramatization of Eryn's supposedly cause of death.
BloodAngel95 — Raine = 95% (Total Score: 38 pts.) Style:9 • Creativity:9• Motif:10 • Description:10 Comments: Now this is what I was looking for in the challenge. The bruises all over the face and arms, the surrounding fire, the burning flowers(?), obsessed! To top it all off, that dress looks pretty. Maybe a tad mismatch on the reds there (corset and skirt), but I love the silhouette and length of the dress. The storytelling in the description just added the extra touch of drama that I wanted to see for this challenge. Angel understood the assignment. She ate and left no crumbs. Her entry this challenge is fire!!!

This is another stunning collection, love getting to dance among the stars with Princess and her fabulous models. I love the different colors chosen and I think they're flattering to the different models they're partnered with. It is clear there were a lot of ideas and inspirations going on here, which might be a bit of a distraction. I also think showing the backside of the looks also detracts for some of them? Amira is absolutely stunning, and Brandie looks sooooo good in these colors! I really like the variety of clothes shown. I hope Princess is as proud of her finale look as I am of her for it. Honestly I'm so proud of her growth this cycle and look forward to seeing what more she does in the future.

Never in a million years would I have considered making a collection that revolves around mushrooms. Fungus is fascinating though and so diverse, and really is a phenomenal choice of theme. Easily 10/10 on creativity. And then the actual execution, matching the looks to each of the chosen fungis? Again just damn near perfect. Each look is so creative with the items used to match the fungi. Equally I think every description and certainly the over all one are perfect. Each fungi was very complimentary to each model as well. Smart make up choices. I just seriously love everything so much and think Detri's growth and skills are on display. Really like the title for the collection, and each look is very pleasing. They have good shape and fill the space.

These designers really knocked it out of the park. Great theme and title, another perfect score as far as creativity goes. And much like Detri, she did a great job with the shape and movement of each entry. They are complete and detailed, and they look like their respective flowers. I love the dark theme. I also think this might be the best design for Stella, and is also the most successful in matching the chosen theme for her. I want to walk through the garden. I like that there are different poses for each entry, it feels dynamic. Angel might have kept us waiting until the final minutes for this collection, but it was worth the wait.
♥ Finale Thoughts! ♥
Princess Warfare — Brandie: Love, you delivered a fantastic finale collection! I really hope you're proud of yourself for this collection and all you've done the entire cycle. Your attention to detail has improved, as has your creativity. And that was on display in abundance here. Maybe even a little too much creativity with this finale, which you mentioned with all the different inspirations. But you managed to pull together a cohesive look with a great variety of colors and shapes, but still have their own distinct flares. You made a lot of decisions that were very clever with your looks. I like that you gave us cohesive backgrounds without all being a perfect match to each other. That isn't something that always works out, but for this collection it for sure paid off! And kudos on using different poses and so many different clothes and items to build the looks.
The standout looks for me were Brandie and Amira, the color schemes you chose for them could not have been better. Over all in this collection I don't get a whole lot of the clown influence? Though I always love a good cirque. Brandie's floating card element were the best in selling that vision. I also think that Amira is the kind of queen that countries would go to war over. This finale collection was impactful and a great way to end the cycle. I've loved seeing you work through the different challenges, and I appreciate your constant upbeat attitude. You and your descriptions have always brought a smile to my face. heart
Detrimentum — Eryn: Lovely, this was a PHENOMENAL collection! And it got me into a little bit of trouble with a coworker, haha! I got to work Saturday after I'd been looking at your collection, and she tells me a joke. How much space does a fungi need to party? He needs mushroom. And she was real disappointed I guessed the punchline. But it was worth it. I feel so much more educated about mushrooms after this! I love the variety of fungi you chose for this collection, and paired them very flatteringly with the models. I think my favorite aspect of your collection is the way you matched the shape of the looks to the shapes of the mushrooms. Big details and small were all present in the looks, and I love that I could tell there was mushroom influence independent from the description. Which on the note of the descriptions? They were perfect from top to bottom.
I really love that Eryn is Devil's Fingers, that you stuck with her punk vibes that you've given her the entire cycle. You've made Eryn feel so real, and I love that. Stella looks stunning but I think it's the wrong shade of blue for the mushroom. But at this stage you all make us pick at the tiniest things to make our decisions. You should be so proud of your work this cycle, you more than earned your spot in the finale and you left us speechless. Thank you for making this cycle such a delight and elevating your designs constantly. Your avi is always one I'm excited to see when you change it, and I can't wait to see more from you. heart
BloodAngel95 — Raine: I've always loved flowers, and had a particular fondest for deadly ones and the general darker side of fauna, so I was delighted to see your dark garden theme! And having had a fascination with the Black Dahlia murder since I was in middle school, starting off with that out the gate for Raine had me HOOKED and SEATED for the entire collection. These might be some of the best descriptions you've given us yet, and your cycle has some of the best cohesion of the different collections. I also think you were the most successful in working with Stella, the burgundy color is soooo flattering on her! I also can't stop looking at Kiara and the shape of her look that you got to perfectly mimic the flower. A couple of the designs - like Eunwoo - have maybe a bit much going on? Some of the details just started to distract from the flower.
But like I've said above, and will say time and time again, at this point in the cycle we are nitpicking at the tiniest things. This is an amazing collection, and you were super clever with which flower you paired with which model. And I think this is also some of the best make up work! It has been a delight watching your work throughout the cycle, and I'm so proud of you making it this far. Thank you, truly, for all you've done. heart

The colors she chose for each model suit every one of them perfectly. I like how I can tell Brandie's the main star of the collection, with how lively and dynamic the background is, and how she's the only one with a secondary color to her outfit that, not only makes her stand out from the rest of the models, but also pairs beautifully with the teal. Apart from Brandie's, I enjoy Amira's garment. The silhouette of it is so stunning on her. My least favorite would be Serena's. I feel like it's one or two items too much. I can't see Serena's figure or hands all that well with how much there's going on in the back, but I get the intention of it being for cohesion and theme relevancy. I enjoy the details on Raven's outfit. The details speaks volume, and I like it. I would've loved to see the original version of what Princess made for Stella, but I can't fault her for losing the outfit she made, given the circumstance, but I do like what I see on Stella. The colors compliment her orange hair nicely. I'm not into whatever's going on in the top part, it's a tad messy for me, but I see the intent of what it's supposed to give.
Detrimentum = 87.75% — Style:42.5 • Creativity:43 • Motif:45 • Description:45 (Total Score: 175.5) Eryn — Style:8 • Creativity:9 • Motif:9 • Description:9 Jaylyn — Style:9 • Creativity:9 • Motif:9 • Description:9 Cheska — Style:8 • Creativity:8 • Motif:9 • Description:9 Luz — Style:10 • Creativity:10 • Motif:10 • Description:9 Stella — Style:7.5 • Creativity:7 • Motif:8 • Description:9 Comments: After having read through the entire collection, I can tell Detri put a lot of thought into every single model, from what fungi suit them best and what color and silhouette looks good on each one. While Eryn's not in a voluminous or extravagant garment, I can tell she's the main model with how she's styled. She's the only one with a devilish aesthetic, while everyone else look angelic. I'm a yellow fiend, as you can tell, and I enjoy Jaylyn's outfit so much, because this is the type of style I'm into. I'm also in love with Luz's outfit, as well. Very ethereal, very aquatic, very gorgeous. I like Stella's outfit, but comparing her look to the rest of the collection, it still evokes that fantasy that everyone else gives, but it's a tad underwhelming, comparatively. I also like Cheska's garment, but I find it a bit too bulky. Maybe too much volume on the skirt? But I do see the vision of her assigned fungi. Looking at all the garments Detri made, I do like them for what they are, but had it not been for the description, just by looking at the pieces she made, I can't really tell they were meant to be in the same fashion line, and I personally prefer to look at each piece and see if they're from the same line without needing to look into it to see that they are. That aside, this is one serve of a collection.
BloodAngel95 = 91.5% — Style:43.5 • Creativity:48 • Motif:44 • Description:47.5 (Total Score: 183) Raine — Style:8.5 • Creativity:10 • Motif:8.5 • Description:9.5 Kiara — Style:7.5 • Creativity:9 • Motif:8 • Description:9.5 Tessa — Style:7.5 • Creativity:9 • Motif:7.5 • Description:9.5 Eunwoo — Style:10 • Creativity:10 • Motif:10 • Description:9.5 Stella — Style:10 • Creativity:10 • Motif:10 • Description:9.5 Comments: Come through, references. We love to see a self-referencing queen. Dare I say out of the three collections here, Angel has the more intricate and detailed collection, comparatively. Every single look in this collection is so up my alley. Every model matches their assigned flower to a T. Angel did a good job matching which flower pairs well with each model. My favorite here is Eunwoo's. I love the oriental-inspired headpiece she has on. I love that Angel knew Eunwoo's nation of origin, and incorporated her culture into her look. Stella looks amazing as well, that shade of red looks so beautiful with her orange hair. Of course, the main model, Raine, looks stunning in this burgundy garment. I enjoy Tessa in this black garment, but seeing the flower reference next to her, the flower looks more dark blue than black, but, adding the yellow to match the reference picture was a smart move on Angel's end. Kiara also looks good in her garment, but her outfit needed more black, which is a personal nitpick on my part. What sold this fashion line the most for me is the storytelling of every single piece of the collection. Some spelling and grammar mistakes here and there, but I got the plot of it. Angel snapped, as she should.
My Finale Thoughts (Flames' Version)
Congratulations to my final 3 designers for making it to the cycle's end! emotion_bigheart You've faced tough competition throughout the cycle, yet the three of you came out unscathed and made it all the way. Knowing each of you, you've shown immense growth in such a short timeframe, proving why you deserve your place in the finals. Princess Warfare, Detrimentum, and BloodAngel95, I am so proud of you for what you've achieved throughout the cycle. emotion_bigheart
The time for me to pick a winner is nearing, here is some of my feedback to you three:
Princess Warfare — Brandie: My dear Princess, from an early out, and now a finalist. In each challenge, you've consistently shown us that you are a fierce designer, bagging yourself a win on, in my opinion, the hardest challenge; the item challenge, and I adore every single look that you made throughout the cycle. You've shown in this cycle that you're one to look out for, and that you are that girl.
Your color scheme game has always amazed me, and this collection is no exception. Every single color you chose for each of your models pairs perfectly with them, especially on your main model, Brandie. This teal and gold color scheme looks exquisite on your model. The background feels so lively, with the cards everywhere, and dazzling, with the stars. Silhouette-wise, Brandie's outfit falls a tad short compared to the other looks, but I can tell Brandie's the main model, just by the color scheme alone.
I like Amira's garment the most. That silhouette is just stunning to look at. The details on Raven's bodysuit look beautiful as well. I do love the colors Stella is on, but it personally looks unfinished. And Serena's outfit has one or two excess items, but the cohesion is there, and I see the vision. Overall, for what it's meant to give, it doesn't read jester-like, aside from the cards. They are in fancy gowns and outfits, but I don't see jester That aside, this is a great collection.
Detrimentum — Eryn: Detri, darling. Knowing your placement last cycle, I can't fathom how it feels to come so close to success but ultimately fall short, but now you have. Congratulations on making it to the finale. Seeing your work then and now, I can tell you're driven to bring home the bacon more than anyone else with every entry you submit. That drive helped you secure 4 wins under your belt. That is no easy feat. Your work throughout this cycle is commendable.
Your fungi fashion line looks fantastic. Every fungus you assigned to every model fit them perfectly. I appreciate that Eryn's the devil to the other model's angel, seeing that everyone else looks angelic, whereas Eryn looks devilish and punky. What a way to let the people know Eryn's your main model. This was such an educational and fashionable way to educate us on the wonders of the world of fungus, and I enjoy learning them in this fashion.
I am in awe at Luz's coral fungus look. She looks aquatically majestic. The same goes for Jaylyn's pagoda fungus look. The colors are just stunning on her. Stella looks stellar, but her look falls short, compared to the others. And Cheska looks pure and angelic, however, her skirt feels a tad too heavy and bulky to my liking, but regardless, the presentation of every look is spot on. Regarding cohesion, based purely on aesthetics, I wouldn't have recognized that all your designs were intended to represent fungi without your description. That said, this is quite the collection.
BloodAngel95 — Raine: Sweet Angel, your run in this competition surprised me the most. Seeing your work from the past cycle, and comparing it to what you've done in this cycle. You've shown such immense growth, and you absolutely murdered the competition, being the first designer this cycle to bag a back-to-back win, and taking home the final win, securing your spot in the finale. You deserve a round of applause for what you've achieved in this competition.
I enjoyed walking through the black-flowered garden that is your collection. Every single model looks blooming. Everyone's makeup is on point, especially Raine's. It was a smart move on your end to have your main model be the one starting off the collection, and welcome us into the garden. She looks beautiful as the personification of the black dahlia flower. This burgundy is such a perfect color on Brandie.
This is the best look we've seen Stella in, out of the three. The color scheme really suits her features. I'm also enamored with Eunwoo's garment; it’s great to see a touch of her culture incorporated into her outfit. Kiara’s outfit has the blackwater vibe, but adding more black could enhance it. The yellow in Tessa'soutfit matches the reference picture well, though the flower she represents looks more dark blue than black—minor nitpicks that don't diminish the collection's glamor. Though Raine's outfit feels overshadowed to some degree, nonetheless, this collection is an impressive showcase overall.
heartFinale Feedback heart by guest judge clowniing I'm so sorry my feedback isn't very detailed, I've been at work non-stop... All contestants did a wonderful job!! It was a pleasure to see this cycle from the inside!
Pros + These are very clean and cohesive looks, every outfit feels like it's part of one big collection. They're also very very nicely color coded and I really love all the details and accessories. The vibes are very fun and sparkly and futuristic : D
Cons - As the local clown-enjoyer, the looks unfortunately doesn't read that much 'circus' or 'jester' themed, though I definitely know what Princess was going for! Also, while the descriptions are fun and energetic, they were unfortunately a little bit difficult for me to read with how they were formatted.
Pros + I looove the idea and execution of a garden leading through collection, and showcasing every model as a flower in that garden!! I loved reading the descriptions! Each outfit reflects the chosen flower perfectly and also work very well as one cohesive collection. The forms read very well and I also really enjoy the backgrounds! The vibes are gothic and dark and wonderful. :>
Cons - The background colors of Eunwoo's Hyacinth look unfortunately doesn't fit super well with the dark blue in my opinion, but it's thankfully not too distracting!
Pros + I'm such a big fungi fan and Detri NAILED representing each and every mushroom!! They're all super aesthetically pleasing looks and the silhouettes are very strong! I also loved the descriptions of this collection as well, very informative without coming across as too much, if that makes sense!! The vibes are airy and bubbly and frilly. :3
Cons - If you didn't see the pictures of each mushroom it might be difficult to know that they're all from the same collection since the outfits are all very distinct in style, but that's also only a small complaint!
