You can find out what kind of wood your wand is made of...if you go to jkrowling.com then click on extras and then find a page called WANDS and if you scroll down there will be a little thing on what month your born in and what wand type is 4 U.. I think mine is reed... and the length depends on your height...so mine would be reed and not very big becuase im small..perhaps 10 and a half inches. biggrin
