Since the Atlantis team is very limited, one of us should keep a recorded death count. As far as I can remember, one died in the beginning, two died when Atlantis was taken over, four died in the one with the human-killing virus, and two died on the planet with one Wraith. That makes nine. I know there's more. I just can't remember every episode. Was it ever mentioned exactly how many people were sent to Atlantis?
LOL I wonder if the Atlantis team number will increase later on in the series when they run out of people. Or start training the Athosians. That'll be like in two more season.

Yeah, and they said that it might not have been made by the wraith and that it didn't affect Atlantians or anyone with some kind Atlantian in them, like McCay. Could there be a new enemy?

the episode that just played friday, talks about the time machine that the ancients built, and that at the last that the ancient that built it was going to make another so that explains how the other one got to our galaxy and how it got to sg1.

Stargate: SG1 and Stargate: Atlantis both have their individual flavors, making them both good in their own rights. SG1 will always reign supreme for it's seniority and it's amazingness. But Atlantis can in no way be labeled "lame spinnoff" and be discarded.
I love what they've done with Atlantis, the set and special effects are astounding, and never cease to amaze me. I also LOVE how McKay's character has become such a large role. He's a pessimistic a*****e, and I'm in love with him xd
I couldn't watch The Seige pt 2 tho, I had to be in a play... so I DVR-ed it. I set it to shut off at 10:00pm. As soon as I got home, the late hour be damned (12 or 1, not positive) I started watching both SG1 and Atlantis. the SG1 finale was amazing. BUT MY DVR DIDN'T RECORD THE LAST FEW MINUTES OF ATLANTIS!!!! gonk gonk gonk I think I cried crying
Thank God for reruns, huh? ~seiko~

THIS IS SO NOT FAIR!!!! I live in Australia and they haven't finished playing the first season of Atlantis yet!!!! On Thursday they are going to play the episode with the killer nano virus. I like Atlantis. If you watch the first season of SG-1, it wasn't that great either. I think that Atlantis has to find it's way first, like SG-1 eventually did, and look at how that turned out!!!

If atlantis could ever have done as well as SG-1 then it would be going some. But, it would be bamned hard to repeat what SG-1 have done.... and the cast isnt as cool
