Yes it's only one. They are just trying to widen the gap between the anime and manga as much as possible haha. However, I heard that soon the fillers will be ending blaugh
My friend told me that the fillers are ending in a few more weeks or something like that and are starting with Kakashi's past and then picking up with the manga again. I think it was episode 200 but I'm not 100% sure on that.
