I modify CSS for web pages, and I code my own as well (from scratch!), so I use Internet Explorer 6 and 7, Firefox 2 and 3, Opera 9, SeaMonkey 1.1x (views just like Netscape 6+), and Google Chrome Beta. I probably would look at Safari for Windows.
Overall, my normal use browser is Firefox, but Google Chrome is fast!
EDIT: I do use both lynx and links (text browsers), but I'm not arsed to set it up again. >.>
80% of the time I use Firefox 3.0 When Firefox starts glitching up or unexpectedly shuts down, or maybe the site doesn't work well, I use Safari. Safari works better on some sites (IMO) but Firefox is more fun and easy to use.

I've used tons of browsers and out of them all I prefer to use Firefox. It has the best internet connection and if you download NoScript there's almost no viruses, spyware, etc. coming in.
P.S don't use internet explorer it makes me mad burning_eyes .
