Powers: Electricity manipulation (focusing in magnetism)
Bio: He is a young adult just recently discovering his powers to manpulate the electrons around him. He is a grandeous swordsmen and he will kill anyone or anything if the price is right. He has no true allegiances just those of money and power.

Weapons: A blood blade - this is a blade that is actually connected to my arm via tubes wires and needles, it is a thin holo (but strong) Di-katana that has strategically placed niks in the blade where the blood of my enemies bleeds into. The blade is also break down able From the almighty Di-katana to two regular katanas (with the same blood drinking abilities) to 10 short daggers (unable to use the blood ability through them but the tubes if i grapple with a foe that has drinkable blood then the tubes normal blade ends actually snake into them draining massive amounts of blood fast)

Race: He has ten magnetic rings which are controlled by his electrical manipulation that allows him to essentially use the 10 daggers as drills as well as the 2 katanas become lightning fast (no pun intended twisted ) and able to be spun around at high enough speeds (when concentrating) that it can actually create a somewhat solid (although rather sharp and pointy) barrier of which through the use of his abilities he can actually make both katanas do this at once, and the di-katana can actually become a grappling hook type device through the use of positive and negative electrons that can allow him to climb buildings with ease.
