i can never really stand dubs of any anime. i'll watch bleach naruto and blood+ on cartoon network and then i watch on you tube subbed and i find that subbed is way better (of course sometimes you get people who sub it very bad.)

I love the dub. domokun Then again I like all dubs. (I never watch anime in japanese...I gots dial-up D : )
Crispen Freeman and Kari Wahlgreen are two of my favorite voice actors and I think they did great. I like everyone else's VAs too.
Riku's bugged me at first, but I'm used to it now.

One thing it just different people play so it sound really weird but still i think they disereve a chanse like everyone eles dose in the crazy mix up world. *giggles* True the voice actors deserve a chance, but for me I gave them just that, instead of completely ignoring the dubb, I thought I'd try to see if it were really bad, so I watched it (that was the chance) and they ruined it u.u Same for Inuyasha on me, I adored IY back like 3-4 years ago I watched the dubb, I thought it was alright, and then I bought the entire series of Inuyasha in Japanese and instantly di-favored the dubb.

Hey Guys, I was (once again) browsing Wiki out of boredom, and I went across the Blood+ section (to see if they added anything else to the dubbing listing) and it says on the main characters list that Diva will be played by Elin Carlson.
I don't know what to think of that really (if its true that is) o.o Carlson did the original Diva song, but I'm not sure if her voice is childish enough to play Diva, with her singing like that...won't it be too...mature? >_<
What do you guys think? I won't be able to see the dunn for awhile...It should be playing tomorrow for you guys, but since I'm here in Canadaland where theres no such thing as Adult Swim, I have to wait until it's uploaded somewhere >_<

Interesting..not sure what to think, since I've only heard her singing... yeah, last week it was the Naruto think, now it's futurama! It's like they know we want to know what Diva sounds like and they're way-laying it intentionally. *lol*

Hmm.. I hope she has got the childish voice, she might since she'll be the voice actor. I dont think it'd be hard for a person to give a child's voice. Look at Crispin Freeman he gives several voices all different in range for Blood+.
I almost wonder if there is a short supply of English Voice Actors or if some are just good at doing it like Crispin Freeman, Steve Blum and Vic Mignogna ( fav voice actors 4laugh ). Though Elin Carlson had better be good (singing is good but I mean the speaking voice) or I'll be mad. No one does a better child's voice then Melissa Fahn (voice of Edward from Cowboy Bebop) but that's just my opinion ^^
