You're a sorcerer that has to defend town. It has X amount of people. The object is to reach Y amount of people. Each level ends with an increase of people.
Each house holds up to 6 people. After that, another is spawned, making the length of your defense increase as well.
It's easier at the start because you barely have that much to defend. As you get past 30, you suddenly have half the map to guard.
