Whoan was still Sundara's owner when the breeding was won, so is still entitled to a basket from the breeding, even if she is now blacklisted. In the case of absent owners, you will need to try and contact her; if you don't hear back in a month, you may choose which basket Whoan gets and assign owners to the remaining baskets.

I already talk to Phail about this shortly after the baskets were dropped because Whoan had told Rulerr when they gave her Sundara that she could have the basket they were entitled to and Phail said that arrangement was okay.

Modification Requested: The owner/date/etc info hurts my eyes; it's too bright/the stroke color is too close to the fill. I mentioned needing a sufficiently contrasting stroke color in my Original Cert Request. Also I requested the breed be Strawberry Lemonade.
